The atmosphere of a classic old style hotel

we loved everything in the hotel, the room was confortable and spacious, food was exellent. We would love to go again

Very friendly and helpful staff; great location (safe and very close to shopping, night life and historical places); wonderful view of the Naples Bay and the volcano. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Excellent service. I would definetely recommend Parker's to anyone who visits Naples and who values real 5 star service. Lovely place to stay in Napoli.

Excellent location: if you're concerned about safety in the centre of Napoli then this area is really quiet and peaceful

The sea view rooms, whilst high up off the ground, overhang a busy road so you will need the windows shut to avoid being disturbed by the scooters in the evening/early morning

The location and outlook from the Hotel (front rooms) was fantsatic. Close to public transport (especially the funicula) with great shopping and restaurants nearby.

Good location, nice atmosphere and beautiful rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Great choice, quality and eaten in beautiful restaurant with views out over Napoli.

Just wanted a snack and purchased a ham and cheese toastie in bar for £15 euros. I felt this was too pricey for a boring white bread toastie and a few crisps!

Place is o.k.

Everything very old, quite dirty, bad smell in the whole hotel. Arogant und a bit unplesant personel by brakfast... Cannot recomend this hotel.

Reception staff particularly welcoming and helpful. Useful to have a garage in the middle of Naples

Public spaces lacked warmth

The staff we extremely friendly from the start. The views we to die for, and what a place to enjoy a great breakfast. Whilst it was a little way from the centre, walking was very interesting.

Tatiana is a wonderful concierge. Very caring and warm. You are very fortunate to have her working for you. Also, the other gentleman, at the front desk, whom I am sorry to say I did not get his name, was also very friendly and caring. People like this make all the difference when arriving at a hotel. And we loved our room. We will always stay here when we return to Napoli. Grazie mille.

The staf was incredibly friendly and helpful! We arrived quite late and they recommended a brilliant restaurant and even called ahead to reserve a table. The view from the breakfast area overlooking the city and water was amazing! Just like the pictures show in the hotel overview on the site. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel - excellent service and astonishing views.

Fantastic staff who were very friendly, beautiful views. Nice hotel, getting a little old and shabby on the edges but largely pleasant.

It is getting old, but still nice. The pillows were pretty old and lumpy.

Les jeunes femmes au petit déjeuner qui ne veulent pas vous servir correctement (quand on leur demande une théière elle vous répondent d'aller la chercher (dans un 5 étoiles L..)). Le dîner végétarien est lours et pateux.
