This hotel was described by you as 5 stars....it wasnt more than 3 in my opinion...one restaurant only ...average food...no english tv channels at all...old...outdated and near nothing...very unhappy |

The locations was very good and the buffet breakfast was also very good. The other hotel amenities were mediocre and the hotel was understaffed. The decor in the rooms needs updating. There were stains on the bedspread and the chair was broken. |

We arrived at the hotel around lunch time and found a very warm welcome with a simple check in and were shown to our room to find a lovely bottle of wine and some cakes awaiting. During our stay we found all the staff very helpful. We visited the hotel resturant on our last evening and had a very enjoyable meal. |

The quality of the hotel, food, staff and rooms were all very good.I was ill the last day and we could use the room without any problem or pay till 16.00.Very nice people, always ready to help. Please realize that the hotel is not in the city centre. Public transport is available not not so reliable. |

ho apprezzato la posizione dell'hotel, la pulizia e la cortesia dello staff è decisamente lussuoso però si notano particolari che denunciano una leggera trascuratezza(esempio. montanti delle porte scrostate!!!...oppure non cambiano gli accappatoi o le ciabatte da bagno ad ogni pulizia giornaliera) |

Bellissima struttura. Splendido il bar all'ultimo piano, magnifica la terrazza, altrettanto il ristorante. Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione giorno e notte. Molto romantico, nel periodo natalizio con tutti gli addobbi poi è da favola! La camera, avendo scelto la categoria "deluxe" (la migliore dopo le suite) a mio parere non proprio è da 5 stelle Lusso. Ci vorrebbe un pò più cura di alcuni particolari in particolare del bagno, bello, abbastanza grande ma non di "lusso". |
