A nice place to unwind close to other amenities

Great location, nice breakfast. Ancona is a very small city, you can easily walk to the Center where you can find bars and restaurants.

You need a key to close the door, which you have to give back every time. The shower was big but the shower basket was not fixed very well and quite flimsy. The Hotel is nice but I feel it needs some work on it.

The hotel offered everything that we required including upgrade plus late checkout. It's location overlooking the Adriatic was great.

The grumpy man at breakfast that needed to know if it was a coffee or cappuccino that I would like!!

That there wasn't a working bar, it wasn't that easy to order a drink! BUT we did get there in the end.

Very good situated. As it was low season we did get a a realyy nice room with sea view and balcoon. Fairly central, 15 minutes walk to "city".

It was exceptional. Relaxing in every respect. Beautifully furbished. Excellent breakfast with super service from waiting staff. Early evening drink very welcome. Location and view superb.

The location was great, a short walk to the beach (if you don't mind a lot of steps) and nice restaurants. The staff was friendly, the hotel very nicely kept and we had a very big balcony. The area is quiet, the breakfast was very good.

The room was quite small, but that's it.

Mon c'è il ristorante ma mi hanno fatto portare una pizza in camera. Mi hanno fatto un upgrade e mi hanno dato la stanza con la vasca idromassaggio. La colazione è buona e lo staff è molto gentile.

Facilities are good: nice breakfast, beverages at the swimming pool, bar-lounge with sea- side view.

The comfort in the room was good. The room was however not really big.

The man behind the reception told me he didn't receive the booking reservation. Hotel has an atmosphere of older,higher class people.

Excellent location, lovely swimming pool, steps from beaches & fine dining, on-site parking available, gracious staff, gorgeous views, large terrace. Really an excellent hotel.

Tub shower without shower surround was problematic.

Coming with the ferry from Split (Croatia), this was a good location to spend the night. Breakfast was ok.

Late evening check-in was done without any customer friendliness. Drinks could only be obtained from a reluctant receptionist. One of our rooms contained a beetle and the airco did not function (we were offered another room, which was ok)

Very helpful staff. Great pool. Free evening drinks and snacks. Interior design. Great view from hotel. Good location.

Breakfast was basic, was expecting more choice (bread selection poor). Room - small and basic, not 4 star! However our kids had a really nice room with view over the sea. Difficult to find English speaking channels on tv in room.

What an awsome place to stay! After expecting Ancona to be merely a transportation hub, we were surprised to find a beautiful city and a fantastic hotel! The interior is a feast for the eye and the service tremendous. I hope to go back one day!certainly one of my all time favourites

A grand hotel of old, with large rooms and excellent lounge area to collapse into comfy chairs and read a book. Nice to have a pool and short walk down to the sea.

The location of the hotel is really nice. We had sea view and a balcony. Room was clean. The pool was just perfect. What I liked most was the huge "public living room". Loved it that checkout was not before 2 pm. The staff spoke really good english. Easy to reach by taking the bus 1/4 from the train station to Piazza Noviembre (tickets available in the tobacco store).

The WiFi connection in the rooms was unstable, but I was there for relaxing anyway.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, beautiful view of the sea. It is in a quiet area but within easy walking distance in to the port and old town. Breakfast was adequate and my tea was served in a solid silver teapot which was lovely. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The wi-fi connection did not work in our room so I had to come down to reception to use it. There was a hand held shower over the bath but no shower curtain so the water went everywhere.

The hotel is situated outside the central part of Ancona where it is quiet. It faces the Adriatic Sea. The hotel is convenien to shopping, bus, and restaurants. We found it a 15-minute slow walk to the central square of the cuty. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Delicious buffet Breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room. We look forward to returning to the Grand Hotel Passetto.

Noise from corridors, doors should be soundproofed.

It is very close to our family and sew have stayed here 4 times before and really enjoy our visits.

Prijs kwaliteit. Aan achterzijde slecht uitzicht, directe straat en bouwwerkzaamheden.

Helaas geen restaurant. Wel op ca 1 km loop afstand
