The building is very beautiful and well maintain. The level of cleanness is hight in the room as much as in the common area. The breakfast is reach, and the food is continuously renovate. The staff is really kind: first of all they suggested me the cheapest parking solution, than they give us an update of room ( it was great) than they give us all the information about the Carnival show timing. If we'll be back in Viareggio, we'll stay in this hotel for sure. Nothing went wrong. I've parked on the street in front of the hotel, paying 6€/day, if I use the hotel underground parking I pay 25€/day, that's a lot, aligned with the other Viareggio hotel, but still too much.

Location 1,The service is very cold 2,The room is supposed to be for one person only as it is very small for two. 3,The heating hardly working. 4,The towers have been put for one person. 5,The wifi connection was not working. 6,The hot water was out of order especially in the morning. 7,The parking was charged when it was not used, it is included in the bill, but by luck we found out and pointed out. In general very bad experience!

It's the most beautiful hotel in Viareggio a true classic 20s hotel. It is just by the seafront and the lovely beach of Viareggio. I would recommend to stay here but avoid the horrible gourmet dinner which was just awful. Go to one of the local taverns instead. The reception staff will tell you their own restaurant has a Guide Michelin star but that was several years ago and the current display was really bad.

Good hotel with nice exterrior and interriors. Pool on the roof. Very little regret - hotel is the most distant one from the town center. Free WiFi is only available as 1 hour session. It needs to apply to reception for login/pass codes for each session.

E' un grand hotel che profuma di storia nobiltà. Tutto richiama al massimo comfort e al lusso ma senza esagerare.Meravigliosa la vista del mare dal balcone.Molto grande e bello il bagno.

L'ambiente che ricorda i tempi passati di un benessere fatto di cortesia, semplicità ed eleganza. L'arredamento della sala da pranzo. Non mi pare che rispetti lo stile e la classe del resto del palazzo

Ho particolarmente apprezzato la cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Il buffet della colazione è particolarmente curato. Gli arredi delle camere, pur essendo ristrutturati, dovrebbero essere adeguati agli attuali standards di altre strutture ricettive di ugual categoria.

Le restaurant "Regina" pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. Bénéficiant d'un tarif promotionnel, nous n'avons pas les chambres qui figurent sur le site, mais une belle chambre qd même,cependant bp plus simple. La situation correspond davantage à l'été qu'à l'hiver, excentrée du centre ville,les restaurants sur la "passegiata" sont fermés le soir en hiver.

einrichtung, lage, personal, war einwandfrei frühstück super, parkplätze vorhanden. zimmer mit meerblick ganzjährig beheizter pool, wie im beschrieb trifft nicht ganz zu. nutzung im sommer und z.b. weihnachten, neujahr und karneval. als gast zahlt man eintritt ins wellness, 25.00 pro person, das war dann doch viel und überraschend.
