The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and the hotel was ideally situated close to the beach and shops. The standard of the decor and facilities was first class. The car park was a little small and with a steep slope which caused my car to catch at the front. My car is lower at the front than most, but a lot of sports cars would have the same problem. |

Everything. We found all of the staff welcoming and friendly. They greeted us with a smile and generally seemed very happy.The building is magnificent with a lovely ambience. We were lucky enough to have a parking space (although we had to pay 20 euros a day the car was parked for us each time and brought to the front when needed). Complimentary use of bicycles. The roof top pool area is wonderful and very relaxing. Beach access just across the road is very convenient. Free beach towels if you book sun bed via Hotel.The buffet offered with pre dinner drinks in the bar is substantial. The Mitchelin star Restaurant on the roof top is wonderful. Rental of sun beds. We were charged 40 euros, and this was a hotel discount, for the afternoon (from 3pm). This is very expensive. You get one deck chair and one lounger,( there was no option to have two loungers), with an umbrella. |

The service was exceptional. The rooms were very spacious. We dined at the Picccolo restaurant on our last night. It was one of the best meals we have ever had. The menu was very inventive and the food was extraordinary. we are definitely going to return every year for mini- breaks. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious. The position of the hotel was opposite the beach and near shops.Breakfast was particulary good. We would be very happy to return to the Principe. |

hotel too expensive. Access to SPA only as an extra. For the money spent I would have expected free access. Gym was excluded. Extra 10 euros. Not acceptable. |

Hôtel charmant, alliant luxe, design, confort. Bien situé pour visiter Pise, Lucques et la côte de la versilia. Nous avons adoré la piscine sur le toit de l'hôtel, vue mer et sur toute la ville imprenable, piscine balnéo avec bains à remous.. |

schönes Zimmer nach Upgrade. Zuerst wollte das Hotel uns das Zimmer 106 geben. In der 1. Etage. Lärmig, klein und schmudelig. Das ganze für € 290.-- pro Nacht. Schöner und gepflegter Frühstücksraum. Kein Empfang bei der Vorfahrt. Das Personal hat zugeschaut wie wir den Koffer die Treppen hochschleppten. Hotel Restaurant auf dem Dach immer ausgebucht. Der Strand vis a vis vom Hotel trägt den selben Namen ist aber nicht für Hotelgäste bestimmt. Auf diesen Umstand wird nicht hingewiesen. D.h. wir irrten umher am Strand und wurden überall weggeschickt. Kein Strandplatz für uns! Unglaublich. Auf Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel ein paar Plätze in einer anderen Sektion gemietet hat und wir ja dorthin könnten aber die Nerven lagen da schon blank. |

La splendida piscina, il ristorante "Piccolo Principe" semplicemente favoloso, la professionalità e cortesia dello staff. La ristorazione è da 5 stelle. Bagno ampio e luminoso, con balcone. La camera andrebbe rinfrescata, c'era una macchia di muffa nel muro. La cabina doccia era annerita in alcuni punti, la pulizia non era all'altezza. Il minibar era vergognosamente sporco. |
