Breakfast The selection was poor, bread was not fresh, orange juice was spoilt.

The main hotel is luxurious. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The spa is amazing. We had an excellent room on the final night. Breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. Transport links were good.

- The room & spa facility was misrepresented when booking. The Annex is actually a different 4-star hotel accross the road that has been re-branded (the booking process only ever mentioned 5-star). A "superior triple" is really just a double room with a folding bed in the corner. Also, you have to pay to use the spa. However, upon raising these issues with the Duty manager, we were upgraded for the final night with a room in the main hotel and given free access to the spa without too much fuss. This helped make up for the first 2 nights, otherwise my rating would have been very poor. - There was a lack of local restaurants during late evening. - Wifi connectivity was not good.

The stay wasn't long enough!

One thing that potential bookers should beware of is that the 'attached' other block of units 'across the garden' is of substantially lower quality than the main building (hence the lower price)

The worst experience ever . Rimini is really a nice destination for vacation but the hotel is worthless .. We stayed at the hotel in 2 rooms for 10 days at the hotel because we couldn't change it unless we loose the whole 10 days fees . We do not recommend it at all . Our friends stayed at Aqua hotel and it was a much nicer stay.

Very good location, the city itself is very close to many big cities, and it's very convinient to travel to them by train. Hotel is close to the city center(15min) and shopping street starts right around the corner from the hotel. Good private hotel beach, beach bar, swimming pool. In july and august they prepare evening dinner with music. Food in hotel is very good and tasty.

I have stayed in this hotel already 3 times before last years, and liked it overall very much. This year we were very very dissapponted! Hotel staff have changed, they were very unpleasant, rude and arrogant! For sny questions, ask for help were turning their eyes around. The only good staff members were in Spa, very lovely people! Hotel says to have a "free highspeed wifi", there were no wifi in rooms, it simply didnt work, so we had to go downstairs to the reception area to use wifi, which btw wasnt highspeed!!! In short, I didnt like this time in hotel and willnt come back anymore!

Beautiful hotel, very luxurious. Room was large, spotlessly clean, well- serviced. Breakfast excellent!

Despite advertising, there is no free WiFi in the Residenza (annex next to the main hotel building) - must be purchased for 20Euro every 24 hours, or sit in the main hotel lobby for free WiFi!

Stanza anni 60 non ristrutturata senza prese per la corrente, con bagno indecoroso. Tutto veramente ridicolo per un 5 stelle L.

Разместили меня,совершенно в непонятный корпус-это даже на 3 звезды не катит совершенно не тот фасад который там рекламируют -заранее попрросили при везде оставить кредит в 300 эвро-мол если вы с бара сьедите,,,,,,,------за вилку ,которую мы попрросили в рецепшене для нами купленного ужина запросили 8 звро- ,,,, Ванные принадлежности совершенно не катят на 5 звезд----а завтрак каждый день одно и тоже-я была неделю и в конце я пила только кофе-кофе неплоой ----и кстати несмотря что при везде я расщиталась и попросила выписать фатуру почемкто при выезде оказалось надо было платить налог 20 Э за проживание совершенгно непонятно почему сразу об этом не предупредили и после долгова разговора из за того что мы потратили 8 эвро за бар- как выяснилось-они просто спросили а может , ну если, а вдруг что то да и сьели, оказалось не сьели а спросили на всякий случай-хочу сказать разбойники редкие-т,к как сьехали с номера 10 00 и предупредили что уезжам потом позавтракав оставили там чемоданы на временное хранение-и при заборе наших вещей захотелась им 28 звро с нас выбить, кароче отель не рекомендую -там один коментарий был по поводу неприятного ,запаха -я неповерила -так вот это точно так,

Het was er een heel aangenaam verblijf. Heel vriendelijk. Lekker ontbijt.

Voor zo'n hotel vind ik spijtig dat er nog een douche gordijn hangt (niet zo proper) = een klein minpuntje
