Comfortable beds, near train station that takes you to Naples in 30 min At 9 am there was already no cheese available at breakfast and when asked, personnel rudely and said: "that's it, eat salami!". We wanted to use the swimming pool and had to pay 6 eur each for flip flops and swimming cap. Car park service is not run by the hotel and price list at reception states price per 24h but if you stay 12h you have to pay full 24h, etc.

Grand hotel, great location right on the waterfront & short walk to centre. Nice spa & pool (although fully booked for 2 days for massage after long drive) 4 star hotel should have its own car park or at least subsidize the parking next door. Also this is the 20th century & charging 5€ for 1hr's wifi is most certainly not on!! Cafe's give free wifi when you buy a 1€ coffee, when I am paying 80€ a night I expect free wifi.

Position 1) In addition to the cost paid through booking.com, I have been obliged to pay an additional cost as I paid with a credit card. Moreover, I had to pay local taxes, which were not specified on the web site. 2) The personal is rather rude. 3) The "highly advertised spa" (pool, sauna, body treatments, ...) was open from 10.30am to 7.00pm. Moreover, it was necessary to make reservation for all treatments. Such setting makes the spa useless as most of the people are busy in this time frame, either visiting the surrounding (holidays) or for conference (work).

Location good. I found the service desk staff to be too busy to help, and slow to respond to requests. Also thought the emphasis was on looking after the business and conference customers. Lobby was very noisy ad a result of nurses conference.

Close to the station and easy to walk into the city, very nice view from balcony. No Wi fi for such a big hotel is a bit of a problem, the reception staff did let us use there computer FOC at the back of their office which was nice. The pool is adverstised as heated and it was not, the staff in the restaurant need some training to say the least. Our room was advertised as having a bath but did not. Nothing major wrong but the hotel is a little "Tired"

Generally nice, a private (managed by an external company but inexpensive) parking, good and solid breakfast. A small fitness center with a pool in the basement a reasonable walking distance from the center a beach which is a stone-throw away but kinda dirty ( You have to buy Internet time and the connection is dead slow which is a joke in 2012 - cheaper hotels have free and faster WiFi No slippers, have to buy them for the indoor pool The hotel restaurant on the roof terrace is only open for private parties - which is a pity. No draft beer at the bar - but this is Italy, so no big deal

The location was ok. Walking distance from city center. The hotel is overall a very bad experience and a rip off. Staff is rude, they ignored me for several minutes then finally addressed me as if they had much better things to do. They did not give any information about the room, breakfast or city, just the room number and then lost interest in me. I thought parking was included in the room price as it belongs to the hotel but it's not the case, you have to either park the car in a paid public parking or a guy can park it in the hotel parking for € 13 ! The wifi is a complete scandal: €20 for 12hours (it's 12h access maximum)!!! Breakfast was barely eatable. Finally the hotel feels like a massive hospital with long white corridors and large cold white rooms. My boyfriend and I felt extremely uncomfortable during our stay.

Love the Design, the interiors !!! Their breakfast is superb, and the staff assisting top !! Very noisy !! A lot of Conferences were happening in the week we stayed.. The wake up halls , by loud walk in the halls, or strolling carry-ons, by people getting up early ( 7am) to attend their classes or leaving...could a center soft walk carpet solve the problem ??

We liked its location, good boat connections to other locations. Too big, which meant that good service sometimes got lost amongst the crowds. Ist room given to us was not of a good standard, i.e plug missing from sink, stains on bed coverings and windows filthy dirty, although when we complained they did upgrade us. Breakfast served was more two a 3 star quality, hotel popular with coach parties.

We particularly like the restaurant which was of a high standard. The staff, in general, were unhelpful failing to listen to our need to gain access to a computer to respond to an urgent email. This could have been simply remedied but the staff involved preferred to just charge us more Internet charges which were unnecessary. The room was very noisy despite being promoted as being soundproof.

Location is good. Hotel staff have an attitude problem. They are not helpful and/of friendly at all. They try to ignore you and pretend they don't know when you ask them a question. Also being a 4 star hotel I espect a lot more. Our beds where not even made the next day. Not sure how it got its 4 star rating??

Very pristine and lovely with shades of white throughout the hotel. The room with the painted tiles was very clean and relaxing. A computer in the lobby was helpful, conveniently located near train station, but only a 10 minute walk to the square with beach and port. Nice pool, and peaceful garden and decent breakfast spread. The staff was eager to help, but a little incompetent. They could not tell us the times for the ferries to capri or even the prices. The towels were hard and scratchy. The breakfast did not serve hot options like eggs and bacon, or at least the ones they presented were over cooked eggs and undercooked bacon.
