レストランスタッフやポーターは、大変良かった。隣の道がタクシースタンドになっているので、すぐタクシー- が利用出来たのも便利だった。道路を挟んで目の前にレストランがたくさんあり、夜、外食するのも安心だった- 。景色はもちろんそういう面でもロケーションは最高。 ホテルに駅までの送迎車を頼んでおいたが、ドライバーが降ろすホテルを間違え、別のホテルで降ろされ、少し- 歩かなければならなかった。フロントにその旨を言ったが I'm sorry 一言で終わった。あれで50ユーロは高いと感じた。帰りも駅までのタクシーを頼んだが、デモで前の道が塞が- れていたのでしかたないとはいえ、車呼ぶのは無理、という態度で一蹴された。ポーターの人が無理やり入って- 来てくれるドライバーを見つけてくれたので、良かったが、フロントにはナポリらしいフレンドリーさは、感じ- られなかった。 |

シービューつきの部屋に泊まりました。小さなバルコニーから朝日と夕日が眺められ、目の前には卵城。とても- 気に入りました。 朝食の時間や場所の案内がチェックインの際になかったため、朝、少し館内で迷いました。あと、バルコニーが- もうすこし広くて、テーブルと椅子がおいてあれば、もっとリラックスできたのになあと思います。 |

ロケーションは最高。部屋からほんの少しだけ海が見えた。ホテルスタッフはフロントの一人を除き、とても親- 切でした。 初日にはバスルームに石鹸がなく、掃除も明らかに不完全。2日目の朝には2回停電し、その日の夜からはテレ- ビが壊れてしまった。ただ、その度にスタッフの方が親切に対応してくれた。 |

風呂の湯が最初の10～15分ぐらいの間、真っ赤な水が出てきて驚いた。暫く使用していなかった部屋かもし- れないが、客が入る前に部屋係が点検すべきではないだろうか。さび色の水を流したあとにはさびのようなもの- が沢山たまり、それを排除するのにずいぶん手間がかかった。折角のいいホテルもこれでは台無しだ。 レセプションの応対が極めてビジネスライクであった。ホテルの格式に合った、もう少し温かみを感じさせる応- 対が必要ではないか?と感じた。 |

ナポリ駅前の殺伐とした雰囲気とは異なり、サンタルチア地区は治安もそれほど悪くなく、夜でも散歩が楽しめ- る。卵城を目の前に望む部屋で、気持ちが晴れ晴れとした。 ホテルの前の通りは交通量が多く、車の騒音が気になった。朝食会場が、ホテル規模に比して狭すぎる。 |

Very classy hotel, certainly a four star hotel, if not five star. Hotel staff very professional, helpful and distinguished. Hotel maintance came by twice a day. Carpark a bit expensive but your car was brought in front of the door every time you needed it. Spectacular view over the Castel dell'Uovo and the sea. Good breakfast: fresh cappucino is brought to your table. Nothing: i don't agree with the negative points in the guestreviews : wi-fi voucher was free, breakfst was good: eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, vegtables... |

The location was brilliant with fantastic views over the bay of Naples and central to shops bars restaurants..etc, The staff were very friendly and helpfull.The rooms were very comfortable with everything you needed. I would stay at this hotel again if i returned to Naples. |

the location, the staff Internet access is definitely not for a business traveller! the on-tv Internet is of no use for business and the Vodafone Wi-Fi access rather pricey and very-very unreliable! |

A very good hotel in a great location. THe rooms were great and the views excellent. Naples has the best New Year's Eve fireworks in the world. The restaurant and room service menus were a little limited. |
