The availability of cold water to drink in the foyer on your entrance to the hotel which was free. As well as free water in your room. This prevents you having to find a supermarket and carring large bottles of water to your room. |

Great location close to the train station, courteous and helpful staff, excellent restaurant with a breathtaking view of the city, beautiful rooms(tasteful and elegant furniture) with excellent ammenities. A beautiful hotel and would certainly stay here again without a doubt! A good gym with excellent equipement. For the class of the hotel one would expect that each room have a bathrobe. |

It was absolute luxury from the minute we stepped in. We were 4 hours too early, but they took our luggage and it was delivered to our room when we returned. The room was spacious and light and the bed was huge and comfortable. The towels were fluffy, the pillows firm, but soft and everything was just perfect. We had dinner in the restaurant on the 7th floor with beautiful views over the harbour, the food was great and the service impeccible. Breakfast is not too be missed either. Thank you ! |

the rooms were very beautifully decorated and very quite spacious, the staff were very helpful, having free wifi in our rooms was very good , the selection at breakfast was a bit limited for a five star hotel |

The rooms are very good, nice staff, lovely view of the city. We loved it! Although the diner is very good, the breakfast is poor for a five star hotel |

Quality environment close to the main tourist attractions and the Main Train Station. Excellent rooms and a good breakfast. The breakfast on the 7th floor terrace was an outstanding experience. The restaurant was disappointing. Good food but not great value for money. Needs more thought on menu and quality of presentation. |

The hotel staff were awesome to us. After walking around and through the city of Genova, this hotel was clearly at the 5 Star top. |

Very good accomodations. Very close to the Genova P. P. I stayed with a child and the hotel put in an extra bed as I had requested. The staff is kind and helpful. Of course, the breakfast was perfect. |

The hotel is beautifully decorated with character and style. It is very clean and comfortable, complete with 5-star amenities. The location is convenient. All in all, it's excellent value for money. |
