The 5 stars Hotel opened begening 2008 after total restructuration. Strategic location downtown–7 km from airport, 100 M. of the city main train station-only 300 M. of Genoa harbour maritime station’s–Easily accessible from all parts of the city; close to main tourist attractions. Innovation, tradition, efficiency & design are the basis of the huge restrucuration that has required substantial resources. In a refined and discrete context, the hotel boasts the best services in terms of efficiency and hospitality. Guests are welcomed in a warm and elegant atmosphere, in respect of ancient, luxury hotel traditions.
The hotel offers private parking and 116 rooms, including 3 junior suites, 2 gym suites, 1 suite and one presidential/royal suite. A five star restaurant (Novecento) and a panoramic restaurant are available also for external guests, as well as a cocktail bar and an executive lounge.
Six spacious meeting rooms are also available, two of which on the top floor with a wonderful view on the old city centre.

Food & beverage

Ristorante Novecento awaits guests to relax in its classy atmosphere while choosing from refined menus. Sample traditional Italian delicacies or taste newly-inspired international meals. All ingredients are selected with utmost care and attention to quality. Cooked according to the art of Haute Cuisine, the food is ideal for both business lunches and romantic dinners. The restaurant is also open to guests that are not staying at the hotel.

Nice old world atmospheric hotel

Still renovating. Car Parking inconvenient. Inexperienced staff. Overpriced. Good 4 Star but not nearly up to 5 Star level.

the rooms and bathrooms are clean

I travelled using my car. on my arrival there was no space for my car in the hotel parking (in 5 stars hotel this is!!). only one resturant in the hotel with a limited veraities.

Very close to railway station.

A rather run down establishment with quite ugly "imperial style" interior and poor facilities. This could be considered as good 3 stars hotel (apart from price), but 5 stars they are claiming to have is just stupid nonsense.

Beautiful, well-appointed room, very close to the main railway station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No hotel restaurant. Not a big deal, but a hotel purporting to be five star should have one.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer.

Extrem schlechter Service. Koffer mussten alleine aufs Zimmer geschleppt werden. Zusätzliches Bett unseres Sohnes war am 3. Tag nicht mehr bezogen. Frühstücksbuffet schlecht, unter den ´"warmen Speisen brannte von zwei Brennern nur einer oder keiner, daher meistens kalt. Abends im Restaurant schmeckte die Melone zum Parmaschinken nach Knoblauch!?? Weingläser schmutzig.

Disponibilità e gentilezza del personale, comfort e qualità della camera, ricco buffet per la colazione.

Solo a titolo puramente informativo per futuri clienti dell'hotel, alcuni servizi sono ancora in fase di ristrutturazione (idromassaggio su terrazza, ristorante p.t.,ecc...)

het restaurant is gelegen in een aanpalend hotel "Hotel Continental" met een slechte bediening en een eenvoudige keuken niet in verhouding tot een 5 sterren Hotel. Een groot ongenoegen toen bleek, dat zowel het verbruik in de bar van het hotel als het verteer in het restaurant op de kamer geboekt men het berag verdubbeld.
