perfect relaxing location.
breakfast not the best!
Very clean hotel, restaurant staff very good. Location close to the beach. When we booked the hotel we didn't realise that it was fine dining, so some of the food was not to my taste however my partner really enjoyed it, and the waiting staff did give me alternative option.
Some of the staff were very rude, I had a staff member roll her eyes at me. This is not what I expect from a 4 star hotel. The hotel was old fashioned has not moved with the time, so in my eyes it is over priced.
Food Posoining (my sister had only eaten at the hotel on Friday night and Satudary morning and was sick the whole day and the hotel did not acknowledge even though i advised them of it numerous times) Lack of Service Rudeness of Staff, including the Hotel Manager who just shrugged their shoulders when taking the time to talk to them Being laughed at by staff Paying for a Sea View room when we only had a Garden View room (another couple paid for a garden view room and were in teh same room as ours) Wi Fi was part of the package however did not work in our room even though the staff told us it did (we could only get to work in the lobby after the staff logging us in) Not having a Hotel Booklet in our room to advise only 1 beach towel is allowed per stay (if you wish to change it will cost 2 euro)
Just got back from a week here. It is a gem. The rooms are rustic Sardinia style, wtih modern bathrooms and comfy beds. it has it's own beach, is a ten inute walk from Baia Sardinia beach, un heated swimming pools, lots of terraces. the staff are freindly and helpful. The lunch and dinner is good - sometimes very good.
Breakfast a bit monotonous
Location location location! Private beach and two minute walk from restaurants and shops. Three swimming pools and staff were very friendly
The hotel rooms are dated. This would be a 5 star hotel if the rooms were refurbished
Location. Terrace with nice sea view. Private beach.
Wifi was not working at all. Rooms not properly cleaned. Attitude of most of the staff.
The restaurantstaff was really nice and attentive. A vaieriety of pools + privet beach.
Reception staff + it would be bad to do some renovation of the Hotell no top class feeling.
Excellent location with shops and restaurants at Baia Sardinia a short walk away. Very clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful with one exception which I will mention in what I didn't like. Buffet breakfast was adequate. Stunning views. Lovely areas to sit/ sunbathe and because of the many areas available getting privacy was not a problem. The décor is not modern but I appreciated the traditional Sardinian/ rustic décor.
Not the most practical hotel if you have little children because it is set on a hill and there are many stairs to the various levels which could be dangerous. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable in both rooms that we had. There was a safe at the front desk but none in the rooms. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms. There was no water/ ice available which I have had in most other hotels in warmer climates. We booked breakfast only because we wanted to sample the restaurants that were located nearby. We decided to have dinner at the hotel one night. Making a reservation was not a problem and we asked for a poolside table when making the reservation and were told this would not be a problem. When we arrived for dinner we were told by a very rude member of staff that we could not be seated there because we were 'only bed and breakfast guests not half board,' I must stress however that this was the only member of staff who was anything but helpful and pleasant.
I liked the pool and beach area and found the staff very amiable and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.
Food and location excellent, staff lovely and friendly.
The exellent evening menu and particularly the waiter service and friendly staff
Bedrooms getting a little 'stale'
