Big rooms, clean

Noisy

Finally a hotel with spacious rooms (we booked a triple). The balcony was also very spacious as well as the bathroom. The hotel is at walking distance from the city center (about a 15 minute walk) and has a very convenient parking lot. The staff was nice and helpful, they recommended a restaurant where we ate the best Sicilian food.

If I really have to find something negative I'd say the location of the breakfast room. Although it is facing the swimming pool, which is nice, it's on the lowest level and was kind of tricky to find. Better signs would be helpful.

Very good value, breakfast good, room comfortable, staff very friendly. 15 minutes walk to centre of Noto and restaurants. Good location for touring good and easy parking.

The rooms are large, and the hotel is brand new. It is located close to the historic part of the city.

The swimming pool will be soon inaugurated, this will be a great addition because during summer time you need one.

Very nice and new hotel. The room was great, luxury, silent and clean.

Room was satisfactory if paper-thin walls are to your liking. Location was about a 15 minutes walk to the old town which was necessary for dinner. The hotel restaurant was trying to recover from a wedding and didn't open until after 9 in the evening.

Didn't like the four tour buses of teenagers on holiday. The next day, a tour bus of cyclists arrived. At least the teenagers had a midnight curfew. The adults were still partying, slamming doors, calling on telephones until after 2:30am. Staff was overwhelmed the entire time.

Das Hotel muss seine Zielgruppen definieren.Selbst das Ziel möglichst hoher Auslastung rechtfertigt nicht die Aufnahme von Schülergruppen,die eine Geräuschkulisse aufbauen, die eher an ein Zeltlager, als an ein 4 Sterne Hotel erinnern, und dies selbst in der Nacht.

Accueil, proximité du centre, chambres spacieuses, petit déjeuner très agréable et diversifié, parking.

Niente in particolare!

Niente assistenza per bagagli voluminosi...appena arrivati dopo un viaggio in macchina bisognosi di una doccia ci accorgiamo che in bagno mancavano telefono della doccia doccino e tutti I filtri anticalcare dei vari rubinetti immediatamente chiedo di sostituirmi la camera ma mi viene mandato un tecnico che sostituisce tutti I pezzi mancanti...dopodiché finalmente docciati pronti ad uscire ci rendiamo conto che il grande finestrone della camera non si chiudeva perché spezzata una parte della serratura! Dopo vari tentativi di chiamare la reception via telefono senza alcuna risposta sono dovuto andare personalmente in reception per avere assistenza..chiedo nuovamente cambio di camera che mi viene negata perché hotel pieno quindi altro intervento del tecnico!Al rientro dopo cena pronti per andare a dormire decido di accendere l'aria condizionata perché molto caldo mi rendo conto pero che le batterie del telecomando per l'accensione dell'impianto erano scariche quindi altra attesa per intervento questa volta però non del tecnico ma del receptionista che disperato mi ha portato personalmente le batterie da sostituire!!!Piscina inoperativa

La facilità di parcheggio, gli ampi spazi delle camere.

Personale poco preparato, la zona bar per aritivo non + assolutamente confortevole. Frigobar vuoto.

veramente il massimo su tutta la linea: personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia camera perfetta, letti grandi e comodi. Molto vicino al centro storico, tranquillo. CONSIGLIATO

Posizione ottimale,camera soddisfacente e tranquilla,piscina buona.

Zanzare in camera con balcone chiuso.

Hotellet ligger kun 10 minutters gang fra det historiker centrum med flotte barokbygninger venligt personale. God morgenbuffet.

Für Reisende die sich Noto ansehen, ist es wirklich ein gute Empfehlung. Professionell, guter Standard. Auch mangels Hotel Alternativen in Noto selbst. Der Weg in die Stadt ist in 10min zu bewältigen. Hotel liegt in Nähe von Bahnhof / Busstop.

Zweiter Kaffee / Cappuccino kostet beim Frühstück.

Facilità di accesso, il parcheggio privato e disponibile, la dimensione delle camere e accessri, la vicinanza al centro storico

Ein modernes Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Parkplätze im Freien auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz, aber ich hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass man sich um das Auto Sorgen machen muss.

Ottima posizione, 5 minuti dall'autostrada e dal centro città, raggiungibile a piedi...ambienti ariosi, luminosi, personale sorridente e disponibile. Soggiornato solo una notte, da ripetere per più giorni!!
