The live music at the bar in the evening is a nice touch, as well as the general relaxed athmophere and the kindness of staff. I would definetely recommend this hotel. |

leaving & the design style of the hotel staff were uninterested, facilities (the hotel attraction) were all closed, restaurant closed at 9pm, annoying when I had called prior to booking to establish pool/restaurant would still be usable during the time of my stay. |

Everything was so nice about our experience at your hotel. Our room was very accommodating for our needs and the breakfast in the morning on the patio was beautiful. A beautiful location and a peaceful atomosphere. |

Davvero un bel hotel con uno staff gentilissimo, veramente gradevole il centro benessere all'interno e il parco all'esterno con le piscine. Per quanto riguarda la camera deluxe, l'unico appunto è il box doccia davvero piccolo. |

Ottima rapporto prezzo/qualità e la presenza di tutta la struttura termale all'interno dell'albergo è molto comoda e piacevole. Buona posizione per raggiungere città vicine molto carine come Forlì e Cesena. Hotel molto consigliato. |

Qualità della struttura e servizio ottimo. Stanza bella e spaziosa. Colazione abbondante. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La vicinaza alle terme permette oltretutto di fare una vacanza in totale relax senza necessità di spostarsi con l'auto. |

Per quanto riguarda l'albergo l'ottimo servizio, la professionalità del personale, l'ottima cucina, la pulizia, camere spaziose. Per quanto riguarda le terme: grande attenzione del personale verso il cliente, percorsi termali ottimi. A mio avviso manca nell'albergo un intrattenimento serale. |

ASSURDO:L'operatrice che si occupa della piscina termale ha obbligato la mia ragazza (uscita dopo appena 10minuti un istante per soffiarsi il naso)di non rientrare in piscina...in quanto I teli(per aciugarsi una volta usciti)erano 1 a testa(esistevano anche gli asciugamani!?).Dopo questo passa quindi in dettaglio il fatto che arrivati alle 14. |
