Everything ... very pleased with my stay The location ... a little far from the city center and the surrounding streets were not clean, but still the courtesy shuttle van was definetely a plus. |

Everything was really good - breakfast, gym, rooms. We was happy that we stayed at Grand Hotel Tiberio. Wireless internet was not always working in our room but it wasn't big problem. |

We had a comfortable stay here and found the staff to be more than helpful. We had chosen it for proximity to the Vatican and it was further than we thought but public transport was easy and all was well. |

The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast (buffet) was great. We really enjoyed it. The reception staff was very helpful. The hotel is not actually near to Metro station. It is near to urban railway station. That is, it is close to Appiano station of urban railway. This is only 1 station away from Metro station Valle Aurelia (Metro Linea A). But it is important because although the Metro trains pass every 1 minute the urban railway passes every half an hour. Also the urban railway last train passes at 22:15. |

Very impressed with the hotel being so close to the train station. Excellent for access to/from the hotel. Liked the room very much. Very clean and comfortable. Sky tv was also a bonus. Food in restaurant at dinner time was very good. Didn't provide enough soap for showering for two people. Staff at reception and in the restaurant not anywhere near as friendly as they should be. Abrupt and came across very rude and arrogant. Breakfast buffet was not impressive. |

The room was very clean. Good breakfast. The negative point was just that on the website we have the info that wireless access is available in the room but I had to go to the lobby with my laptop to have access. |

the staff in the hotel were great and made you feel very welcome the hotel was to far out of the way and the shuttle bus did'nt run enough into rome The shuttle bus to the airport only seated eight people so when it was booked up you had to get a taxi. I had asked for the deluxe double room with double bed and recieved to single beds pushed together. |

It costs a lot of money to travel to and from the hotel to the city and there is not a lot to do in the area the hotel is located. |

Hotel is good, but far from city centre and also from the metro nstation, although connected via no very frequent bus no. 990 through the nearest metro station cipro ( musei vatican). Room was spacious and extra bed provided for my kids at no extra cost. wi fi internet access was free, but was available only in the main lobby not in the rooms. Our stay was very good, breakfast was also good. |

The staff were really efficient and friendly, and the hotel itself is very nice although a little quiet, although this may be more due to the time of year. I would definitely recommend it. |
