The hotel was positioned in a very good proximity to the metro station. This facilitated moving around in the city to areas of interest. The room was superb and the staff was very cordial. We had a wonderful experience there. |

The hotel's quietly elegant and comfortable. It's located out of the city center, in a quiet residential quarter, but it has a good bus connection (990 just outside, 5 minutes' ride) to the Vatican and the metro line, while by foot it's about 25 minutes' walk to the Vatican museums. The breakfast is excellent! The decor of my room was grim, heavy on navy blue. The hair dryer in the bathroom was very low-power. |

the staff spoke english and were very accomadating Yes, in the restaurant where we had dinner, the head waiter, or so I believe he was, was very hyper and impatient. we requested a side dish with our dinner, which in the menu, they cost around 5 euros so therefore we chose to order soup.To our surprise, we were charged 9 euros for the soup which we later found out that it came with the pasta. And this pasta was never served to us and the unpleasant waiter never explained it to us either. We left the restaurant very unsatisfied. I would never recommend your restaurant due to our experience. No apologys were given. |

I do like the situation close to Roma downtown and the service of transportation offered There is not enough information about the things to do in Roma, the restaurants where to go, the shows that can be seen, etc.... |

Hotel bar and restaurant decor, plus the breakfast was good We had to change room 4 times (on a 3 night break) - the first was smelly, the second had no bath, the third too noisy - the fourth was acceptable (albeit the satellite TV had no sound). The hotel were apologetic, but did not offer to upgrade or discount the room charge - we would not visit again. the surrounding area appeared dirty and run-down and whilst there was one nice restaurant and cafe, there appeared to be no other choice. |

Everything is general was good. Public transportation is required in order to reach major attractions making its location less than attractive. |

The hotel was very good. The staff were helpful when asked questions. The rooms were clean. Whilst the location isnt ideal, there is a local bus stop just around the corner which runs every 15 mins and costs 1 Euro each to get into the city. Buying a ticket was a little complicated but are available at the shop, again just around the corner from the hotel. The restaurant was on the expensive side. I'd expect it if it was in the heart of the city but not in the location it was. |

the best thing at this hotel is that has very good connection with city center. about 2 yrs ago, i stayed at the same hotel and i got a muuuuch bigger room, with a bathroom where 2 people could stay without kicking their elbows every 2 seconds, i had a functional door knob at the bath door and the trash can opened...a bit disappointed this year. but maybe it was just bad luck and i got the tiniest room in the hotel. i'm sure they have better. |

fabulous breakfast (you can choose from so many things you want to eat or drink), very good connection to train and bus, both are round the corner (but you can go on foot a few minutes to underground or Vatican) and very nice and clean room wireless access wasn't working properly from our room in the 1st floor and it was hard to connect almost all the time |

Excellent value for price. Advantage in not staying in the downtown area in that it was in a very quiet neighborhood and yet very accessible via public transit. Train station was just behind the hotel and the bus stop was right in front of the hotel. To get back to the hotel later in the night, the 990 bus from Piazza Cavour was very convenient. Could have walked to the Vatican but it was very hot when we were visiting Rome. We had trouble getting wireless connection from our room on the second floor. Had to go down to the lobby with our laptop to get connection. |

Everything was really good - breakfast, gym, rooms. We was happy that we stayed at Grand Hotel Tiberio. Wireless internet was not always working in our room but it wasn't big problem. |

We had a comfortable stay here and found the staff to be more than helpful. We had chosen it for proximity to the Vatican and it was further than we thought but public transport was easy and all was well. |
