Staff v helpful and friendly
A long walking distance from the main landmarks. You should either prepare yourself for a lot of walking or buy a ticket on the hop on hop off buses. It would have been a great service if the hotel offered shuttles to the main tourist attractions. Also, the info provided by concierge on landmarks and tourism weren't very helpful. It was more of a trial to promote their own guided tours. We ended up doing our own research and bought a map other than the one given at the hotel. Wifi is very weak too.
Cleanliness, efficient and friendly staff, luxurious, good breakfast variety, overall comfortable and attractive hotel.
- Very slow WIFI connection
- Friendly staff - Good Location - Breakfast better than expected
Our stay was spoiled by the hotel charging my credit card twice for the entire stay and not releasing funds back despite assurances it would be resolved
Staff and location
more food options
Great location. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Lovely rooms and food. Stunning decor.
Everything was great.
They clean the room twice a day, offer you 2 bottles of water everyday for free. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. I do totally recommend this hotel.
Friendly staff and facility
You expect more shuch a chain.
The staff are really good.
Some paintings in the rooms are not appropriate for us, I suggest to replace them with paintings capturing the beautiful places in Rome.
They have the best staff ever, they were very friendly and helpfull, we loved the style of the hotel and the location was amazing! The breakfast was delicious, they also have an Arabic menu. I highly recommend this hotel and I will certainly choose it if I visit Rome again.
I satyed with this Hotel 4 years ago and it was world apart from the present condition of the Hotel. Is shabby, paint and venir are falling down, porcelain in which they serve tea is brocken (!), textils in the rooms look at least 20 years old. The place urgently needs renovation!!!!!
Location is very convinient
It's in a good location and our room was very quiet
-breakfast ( complete caos in the service due to lack of personal) - Bar employes (serve welcome prosecco warm) - First room offered was very bad (118) after we complaint they gave us a good one
Localization ,lobby, room service
Service and facilities were outstanding
The hotel was missing out on the small details. For example the fruit in our room was very old. The seals of the shower walls leaked.
Actually I was so happy and comfortable and like everything I can't say this is better than the other everything in this hotel is fabulous
breakfast ok, but have had better.
comfy beds; privileged location; nice staff; goof gym; quiet.
We would like a better variety at breakfast and an other restaurant available for dinner except Time. Unfortunately, Magnolia was closed. But these are minor remarks.
This majestic hotel stands high above the rest accommodation in Rome. We liked the art deco style, thw luxury without exaggeration, the upgrade to a suite with view to via Venetto, the factor that most of the sightseeing was in a walking distance and is located in a very quiet area of the City. Another major draw has to be the professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff who anticipated not only us but all of the guests around us, and the nice food that we had in Time restaurant and wine bar. We paid a special price and that was a great offer and of course a great raport between quality and price. We'II certainly visit it again in our next journey to the eternal city and will definitely propose it to our friends.
It was an amazing stay, Great location very friendly staff and willing to help us at any time and very patient..many thanks to Diago, Ariana, Martina the concierge.. sure we will stay again in this hotel. Mr &Mrs Alanazy
The bathroom had water leaking from the shower to the main bathroom floor of which I took a dangerous slip on. There wasnt an umbrella available at the lobby.
The view of our room was excellent
Gym room very small
More sport channel
The hotel in my opinion is not 5 star "luxury". It seemed more like a good 4 star hotel, especially when compared to the Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London 5 star Jumeirah Hotels. The breakfast was really bad, in terms of not a wide selection, the food was bland and tasteless and the staff were frazzled and not helpful.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff were fairly pleasant. The location of the hotel is amazing
Business center is too small and used to held meetings for long hours, i.e. you can't use it Before sitting in the lobby you have to be careful because some sofas and chairs are reserved for others! They ask you if you need news papers but they never delivered ?!
No Tea/ Coffee making falcility inside the room. No Iron/ Iron Board in the room.
The Staff were extremely friendly. Hotel location. Excellent Breakfast.
