The room was spacious and clean. The staff were fairly pleasant. The location of the hotel is amazing
The hotel in my opinion is not 5 star "luxury". It seemed more like a good 4 star hotel, especially when compared to the Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London 5 star Jumeirah Hotels. The breakfast was really bad, in terms of not a wide selection, the food was bland and tasteless and the staff were frazzled and not helpful.
Business center is too small and used to held meetings for long hours, i.e. you can't use it Before sitting in the lobby you have to be careful because some sofas and chairs are reserved for others! They ask you if you need news papers but they never delivered ?!
The Staff were extremely friendly. Hotel location. Excellent Breakfast.
No Tea/ Coffee making falcility inside the room. No Iron/ Iron Board in the room.
Special thanks to staff in Lifestyle, frontdoor and restaurant for great service.
Hotel management could be me more attentive to guest requests. Breakfast could be better.
Large room with well equipped bath. Great lobby and bar. One of the best locations in Rome. Very quiet and staff was always helpful.
Staff often did not clean our room until after 4:00 p.m. We were told this was because the hotel cleans rooms of incoming guests first. A real pain for those already checked-in. Concierge was always occupied and could not assist us.
The hotel was perfect, from the welcome to the politeness and helpful staff - it was a grata visit and the hotel made it special, I travel often and this hotel is right up there.
Very attentive and friendly staff; room generally comfortable and quality of the room and facilities outstanding
It's huge expensive in comparison to similar hotels. The hot water in shower was not well regulated. The air conditioning seemed to do what it fancied and not what I want and there's a fair bit of street noise if room faces that way.
The staff is really great, the concierge service, reception, and the door guys, so friendly, willing to help, cheerful and kind!!! SPA expirrience, great massage Barbara! Very nice Felt home Grazie
Bathroom facilities, i prefer shower cabins more then unpractical bathtaps with this water unproof glass, all the floor is wet after shower! And in general bathroom looked shabby. #103 In the SPA the swimingpool is a joke. And if there is no place to make it bigger, then make it deeper with cold water:)
Very spacious room with a free wifi for 5 devices makes a very big difference with the other hotels.
Long walk to the center.
The check in Lady at the reception wasn't smiling at all she was too seriouse and seems like nervous . Which made us feel that we are not welcome .
Location was good. A short walk to the spanish steps
Iron wasn't provided due to safety reasons. I never heard that one before. Also international converter wasn't provided, we had to buy one from the minibar for 8 euros.
staff concierge services though the tours weren't as good as advertised great rooms and spa areas
expensive only for special treat
The bell boys are the most service oriented of all division.
The design and set up of room. The bed is overdue for a change and the pillow is too soft for proper sleep!
Everything everything everyyyyyyyyything... bathroom size is perfect.
Size of room and view
Great hotel, very well located, professional and responsive staff.
Access to SPA wasn't included in our room rate. It was not mentioned on Booking.com.
Allowed for early check in which was great, hotel location is great,, walking distance to spanish steps and shoppping district.
Very helpful concierge Friendly and welcoming staff Excellent location (close to metro; close by taxi to major attractions; plenty of restaurants nearby)
Free WIFI was iffy and throttled (paid option without limitation is available) Rooms are small, but this is the standard size in Rome. Upgrade to a suite if you can afford it. Subjective issue: Bed was too soft for my liking.
Everything was wonderful in there. The location, staff , cleanliness etc.
The quiteness / the bedroom size/ complimantary water ./the small mirror in the bathroom /the Buvalgury toiletters items .
The room location which was very very bad with bad view &no sun !!!! No iron / tea coffee maker Weak internet . Poor food selection . Decor unlike Jumeirah worldwide not that good
Slow internet, no iron in 5 stars hotel !!
Breakfast is 3star hotel quality ad variety Spa poor massage Mini bar had no fresh stuff
The best thing in that hotel is the location which is in Via Veneto street Also that staff were helpful and good
I don't think that hotel meet the standard of Jumeirah Group And I did feel that it is a 4 stars hotel not 5
Amazing junior suite- the bathroom is great and they have good salads! Not just pasta.
Our bathtub was broken and they said they would rork out a discount and email me while he charged the full amount to my credit card- I'm yet to receive an email and I did really want a bath on the first night.
