The staff are very polite and helpful. The Spa is quite unique and worth a visit.
Rooms are way too small for a hotel this expensive. Internet was absolutely terrible. It kept cutting off and the staff had no explanation. The A/C had two modes: polar cold or warm. Breakfast is OK.

Room is small
I liked it's amazing location, and how professional is concierge staff.
Room is too small comparing to other jumeirah hotels, 5 stars hotels are normally offers bigger rooms. No boiler in the room, no iron and iron board to be used in the room and when I asked for one room service representative said that it is not allowed due to safety purpose and they took my clothes for ironing and charge me 32 Euro !!!! Lift is too small. I regret that I paid 800 Euro for two nights stay
Everybody is very friendly and nice. Excellent location and modern interior.
The room was large and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the location was ideal.
The location and staff
One shampoo and conditioner for two persons

Location, excellent staff, spacious rooms and water replenished every day - not always done even in 5 star hotels.
