Poor brack fast I received wrong information from reception staff hotel room without mirror which is imprtant for us we have to use bathroom merror ...all hotel worldwide put suplimantry botel of water Except this hotel they said only for first day after that we have to use mainbar !!!!!!!!!! or to request from room service with charge ..bathroom with no soap in first day

Everything, great location, 3 minute walk to villa borghese and 10 minute walk to fontana di trevi and spanish steps. Excellent breakfast and wonderfull staff. Deluxe room very comforable and cosy. A perfect 10!

The Bedrooms were exquisite. Very spacious and very comfortable.

There was no available shower facilities as we had a late flight and could not keep on our room. A room dedicated to this would be ideal.

1. Calling credit card for authorization .. Who does that in 2012!! 2. Buffet breakfast you pay extra if you want eggs from the kitchen. I never saw that in a five star hotel!!

Location, room and bathrooms are a very good size.

Although the bathroom design is very nice, the faucets, bidet and lavabo are impractical. When you wash your hands you get wet all over. You see it when you stay there.

The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The housekeeping services were great. The rooms are super nice and clean with high quality furniture. The food is very good... The location is also nice but requires a long stroll if you want to go to the spanish steps, shopping area, etc... Still worth it especially that Via vinetto is very nice street and central to many things to do and go. Oh and one more thing... You get free wi-fi

- I booked a room including breakfast which was really nice and very delicious> However if the guest wants fried eggs or pancake, than they will be charged extra!! Which I found to be not a good idea especially that the breakfast is already expensive - They dont provide iron and iron board in the room (Italy law!) - They dont provide cattle to boil water for coffee and tea (Italy law!)

It was a pleasure to be there on NY :) best choice that can be made out of all offers Rooms are wide and design is amazing! huge bathroom and very clean! My next visit will be planned with Jumeirah ;)

Unfortunately i arrived really late and was provided with the room with no view and bathroom was created for disable people,,, other then that it was all good :)

Great facilities, spacious and comfortable room, excellent bathroom with a wonderful shower for the european standards.

The service does not match with the hotel’s level. At breakfast they can not replenish the food and there are times when neither dish has at your disposal. The reception staff is poorly trained, unable to explain the hotel’s procedures regarding the credit card blocking system at the check- in. Without my knowledge and authorization they blocked an amount that exceeded the number of days I stayed in (7 days) to ensure the payment and I just found out that at the time of the check-out. Yet, when I informed that I would like to pay with another card, different of the one I used to book, they informed me that it was impossible because they did not know exactly how many days it would take to be credited in my card and that it would be easier to pay with the same card and a detail: the entire bill was lower than the amount that was blocked by the hotel. I told them about my dissatisfaction and the response of the arrogant attendant was that the luxury hotels do so. I use to travel and stay in luxury hotels all over the world. I had never seen such kind of rudeness in any of them. One more detail: the music that played in the hotel was very annoying! They play the same cd every day, with songs not appropriate for to create a good atmosphere. They have to learn how to receive and treat hosts in such beautiful hotel.

It's a wonderful hotel and there is nothing I would change about our stay.

Very well designed hotel.

Good location. Beautiful bathroom with Bvlgary cosmetics and marble pedestals. Deluxe room is with a coach and spacious wardroab. Rich breakfast with fresh berries.

Standard room is rather small for the price. During the weekend you hve to wait to be seated for breakfast. No fried eggs or omelete for the breakfast. The service is rather slow - we waiting for our bags to be dlivered to the room at the arrival for 20 minutes and had to ask again.

I liked how the staff were friendly, they were helpful 24/7,

However the only disadvantage was room service it was limited and not as good as the hotel overall

First operated by Jumeirah Group and I am familiar to the standard, friendly staff and nice shopping area.

Nothing really, maybe the check out time can be improved by 2 hours.
