All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

the staff especially the manager paulo. quiet location. the hotel needs some upgrade. the rooms are dowdy. we were not told if we had hot food at breakfast it would be extra! it was a bit of a shock when we were given the bill. the price of breakfast was too high and not that good without the hot food! |

The hotel was in a perfect location for a quick trip to Parma. We were able to walk to the historic district very easily. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant next to the hotel was wonderful. It was pretty noisy through the night. |

The stunning lake view from the fourth floor; plentiful parking, beautiful hotel; clean, comfortable, good bathroom; dining on site with a good breakfast; close to town centre; refreshing walk to ferries with short and lovely rides to Varenna and Bellagio; enough restaurant options. I think Menaggio is the best place to stay on Lake Como. |

Friendly reception. Good rooms with Lake view. Excellent Restaurant. Perfect location to explore Lake Como Only minor negative - if you want a shower you'll need to ask for it at booking/check in - otherwise you will have a bath and a handheld shower nozzle |

The location of the hotel and the view from the room at the lake are good. Food is okay. Nice swimming pool The hotel, it's rooms/bathrooms all need to be seriously renovated. Price quality relation is not good. |

friendly staff. It was a nice, old fashioned, hotel - with old fashioned standards of courtesy and care. By modern standards, the bedroom was 'tired' - noisy air con, not enough room to sit and read. |

Nice hotel, a little bit old style but probably must be so given the location and clients usually going to that location. Hotel staff is frienfly and helpful, overall a good athmosphere for a comfortable stay. Rooms in the attic/mansarda are not in line with the rest of the hotel and don't look enough to me for a 4star hotel. Restaurant is good value for money. |

Traumlage direkt am Comer See, zurückhaltender, aber aufmerksamer Service, sehr gute Küche, das Hotel ist wunderschön renoviert, (Belle Epoque Gebäude), kleine Parkanlage, Zimmer sind konstruktionsbedingt klein, aber sehr sauber, sehr gute Betten. Fazit: uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert |

Absolut ruhige Lage, direkt an der Promenade und am See, nur wenige Meter zum kleinen Ortszentrum mit einigen schönen Bars und Restaurants Nur auf Nachfrage 1 deutsches TV-Programm/Sat 1) zu empfangen, dieses auch nur in schwarz/weiß! Im Bad zeitweise Geruchsbelästigung aus den Abflüssen. |
