Rooms were large and comfortable, very clean. Right across the road from beach and in the heart of shopping and sites. 10min walk to railway. Front rooms that fronted the street were noisy, very noisy till very late at night. Changed to room at back of hotel and all was better. |

People at the reception were incredibly nice and friendly. Our room was really clean and comfortable. The hotel also benefits of an amazing location, in a quiet residential area, just in between the sea front and the main shopping street. Buffet breakfast was great! |

Close to the beach, close to shops, overall nice building, staff very kind absolutely. Noise of not isolated water pipes in the room. Could not sleep when people in adiacent rooms used bathroom facilities. |

Tutto davvero stupendo a cominciare dall'accoglienza e dal modo in cui ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Non molto simpatico il maitre e le sue battute, ma ottima la colazione al buffet e i camerieri davvero carini e gentili. |

La cura per camera, la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, l'ottima prima colazione, la possibilità della connessione ad internet ed il fatto stesso che accetti prenotazioni via web. La gestione non ottimale dell'aria condizionata, la mancanza della doccia (pur apprezzando la presenza dell'idromassaggio, ma la vasca credo avrebbe dovuto essere almeno un po' più larga ...). L'ascensore non è larghissimo ... Comunque capisco anche che non sempre si possano ristrutturare alberghi di pregio storico come questo nel modo che si vorrebbe.... |

Es ist eine Oase der Ruhe mitten in der Stadt/am Meer. Stilvoll altmodisch, aber nicht elitär. Die Einrichtungen (Badezimmer) sind zwar original altmodisch und stilvoll, aber oft nicht sehr praktisch. |

La situation est agréable et pratique...La "Maison" est magnifique et le personnel aimable...La restauration est correcte. Une salle de bains inappropriée au standing de la chambre et de l'Hotel :vieillotte, douche archaique dans une cabine de douche minuscule...pas de baignoire ! |

Très bel hôtel. Bâtiment ayant beaucoup de cachet, presqu'un musée. Parc avec piscine et terrasse pour le petit déjeuner très agréable en plein centre de Sestri Levante. Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas digne d'un 4 étoiles |
