Walking distance to most Florence tourist attractions. Hotel was over-priced compared to comparable hotels stayed in other cities in Italy. No parking at hotel. Had to wait 1 hour for parking warden to clear our auto upon checkout. |

Whilst we didnt use the pool the scenery and decor overall standard was fantastic and very convenient as a base to explore Florence. Would definitely recommend for other persons. The hotels pool was very dirty and therefore we did not use it. It regularly had pigeons washing themselves in the fountain that served as a pump to the pool. This could easily have been rectified by protecting the pump with netting. In addition by way of a suggestion during our stay very few people ate at the hotel as it was very expensive. |

Grande chambre avec terrasse, vue sur Florence.Personnel attentionné.Très joli jardin avec piscine. Le prix du parking par jour ( soit jour + la nuit) est excessif :50 euros.soit 100 pour notre séjour! Le prix du petit déjeuner est aussi excessif (37 euros par personne).Jardin très bruyant, les bus passent juste derriere la piscine. |

De charme van het hotel ziet met name in de authenciteit, maar dat is tevens een zwakke plek: de spa is verouderd (gelet op de *****) de prijs / kwaliteit verhouding restaurantgedeelte (in de meest brede zin van het woord) is slecht. De prijzen van de consumpties zijn te hoog. |

Arogancja właściciela hotelu.Po prysznicu w zimnej wodzie moja żona zadała pytanie właścicielowi co powina zrobić to odpowiedż brzmiała że powina zmienić hotel.Klimatyzacja nie działała,woda była zimna,ręczników do kompieli nie dostaliśmy.Prośba żebyscie nigdy nie polecali tego dziadoskiego hotelu. |
