San Carlo Suite is in a historic building of the 15th century, on Via del Corso, the main street of Rome's historic center. It offers elegant suites with parquet floors, free Wi-Fi, and an LCD TV.

The location on the hill with very good views onto the distance, still within walking distance to the town of Frascati.
For a grand hotel the quality if food especially breakfast was very poor and everything appeared understaffed.
the views are spectacular
staff eating areas no views no bar no area to sit comfortably outside
The building is a fine old building and has great views. A gentleman at reception was very kind and helpful however the rest of the staff were indifferent. Free parking.
There was no hot water the first day of arrival. There was no tv throughout our stay. The wi-fi in the room was hopeless. The safe in the room did not work. The breakfast was not to four star hotel standards - coffee from a Nescafe machine - in Italy. Really!
We enjoyed everything about our stay with you. Reception were so helpful when we needed help with translation. Breakfast was a pleasure. Walk or bus to Frascatti. Explore, visit interesting historic buildings, so different from home. Taxi back. Just relax in your entrance or in the grounds. Very much enjoyed our week. Your staff were so helpful. Thank you all. We have been telling all our friends they should visit you, Frascatti and Rome.
The walk back up the hill from Frascatti!
Beautiful setting overlooking Rome in the distance. A Good walk to train station or into town. Hotel is beautiful and staff very helpful
Proximity to Rome about 30 minute train ride.
Beautiful location. Peaceful surrounings. Excellent staff attention. Lovely food for breakfast. Clean rooms.
It was not made clear that shuttle into Frascati entailed a cost of 5 euos per person. Even children. Sometimes it cost us 20 euros per trip. Those with a walking difficulty had no choice but use shuttle or taxi. Taxi costing around the same price as the hotel shuttle. No wi fi within hotel and limied outside of it. I had to visit hospital a and e and had difficulty phoning helplines. No tea making facilities. Premium prices in restaurant.
Gorgeous building with tremendous views. all round and out over Rome. Comfortable clean rooms and good beds. Some excellent staff especially on reception.
Quite a long way out of town with chargeable shuttle service. Breakfast rather limited for a 4 star. No bar service available to guests when a wedding reception in hotel - insufficient staff!!
The hotel is positioned very well being a short walk from Frascati and the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was also very useful for trips to Frascati - essentially at the bottom of the steep hill - although that is also a pleasant walk. Free Wifi was a bonus. The hotel and location is relaxing, peaceful and set in beautiful suroundings with a magnificent view over the city - this made it perfect for the older family members travelling with us who spent more time at the hotel during the day.
beds and pillows were a little hard. Our double room was very small and basic - although kept very clean. I would definitely stay at the hotel again but would book a triple room which having seem a few, are much bigger and a little more luxurious in decor for a marginal difference in price. I wasn't sure if our room had air conditioning - there wasn't a thermostat in the room as there was in the triple rooms.
From the wedding reception we attended at the hotel to the peaceful interludes between the sightseeing trips to Rome etc.we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff, our room, the hotel, the location were all first class.oh and the view-wow.
Sorry-cant think of anything.
The staff didn't inform us there would be some events in the hotel. There was noisy day and night. After one night we just packed and changed hotel. The staff was totally unfriendly. Sorry that we chose that hotel
Everything : staff helpful and friendly. Decor: spectacular. Grounds and views: stunning.
We liked everything! It was our 16th day in Italy from Venice to Osolo to Bari to Allberobella to Matera to Vieste ,all great stays and an incidental stop in Frascati on the way to Rome was right in league with all the 4and5 star hotels we had stayed.
Impressive building, great views, very helpful staff at reception. My room was made every day (which feels nice but I didn't approve of the daily towel change - replacing towels only when required would save the Hotel money and help save the environment). Fast Wi-Fi in the room, but didn't work at all in the restaurant area. Fantastic pastries for breakfast though! Overall I enjoyed my stay but found it expensive.
Not a big deal, but the shower head didn't work properly (and leaked, which means I flooded the bathroom floor every time I showered.. my apologies to the cleaners), so it could do with a replacement. Room 309.
Peaceful setting on a hillside with fantastic views across the plain. The building is majestic and the grounds are beautiful. The room was large with a modern clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast finished at 09.30 and the choice was limited and unvarying. The TV only had 6 working channels and all were in Italian. Though beautiful the grounds clearly need more maintenance.
L'albero del "limone
Fa buio dentro l'albergo.
dissapionted only problem reception tv only 3 stations and not available all time. tell him reception duty first day and not recovered problem.
Beautiful building with traditional Italian decor and furnishings with exceptional views.
Very little facilities. Pool/Spa closed on a Monday. Hotel seems to run on a skeleton staff. The 'bar area' not manned and appeared to be an inconvenience to staff to find someone to serve. No TV channels in the room and sketchy wifi.'Hotel' feels more of a grand hostel than a luxury hotel.Apparent signs of keeping running costs to a minimum.
Dated decor. Not many staff around. no Menu in information leaflet for evening meal or room service. Wine expensive.
