The facility is excellent. Feel very confortable and luxurious. Very close to the Metro station which is just 4 stations away from Duomo. I would prefer the breakfast to be starting from 6 or 630 am. Because I had to leave early to the customer, I could not use the buffet in the moning. |

My room and all the common areas of the hotel were very clean, and the hotel was verry classy. All the staff was incredibly kind and professional. My compliments to the restaurant staff and chef in particular. The TV model is a liddle old. |

A beautiful and luxurious place with a very professional and friendly staff. The air conditioning was not working. It was extrememly hot in the room. When this was reported to them in the morning, they said that they knew that already. It would have been good to know this in advance. |

The service was excellent, the hotel is very exclusive.Very close to a metro station 3 min walk, and 3 stops from the DUOMO.Best hotel I encountered during my trips in Italy. They charge 15 euro for entrence to the spa/pool, tomy opinion its too high. |

Very upscale, great for business and nice pool and spa area, beautiful outdoor area I was told the pool was included, but the hotel tried to charge me 50 Euro, the looked into it and immediately resolved the issue for me though. |

Lovely room, leisure facilities and garden. Excellent buffet type breakfast. All staff helpful &pleasant. 15 euro pp charge to use pool/leisure facilities (except on Sat). Swimming cap necessary (unless you are bald/shaven) No prices for minibar. |

New installations, with silent and confortable rooms. Very good breakfast served in a very nice garden. Swiming pool 15 Euros per person a day and a little bit far from the tourisitic main atractions. |

Ignore the bad reviews on trip advisor, or on this website, as we could not fault a thing. We have travelled all around the world, and stayed in many, many hotels. All staff encountered were polite, the rooms were ample, spotless, the hotel's location is superb - a stroll from the metro, and within walking distance of the old centre. Breakfast was varied enough to be superb. can't think of anything |
