Good location, helpful staff

Poor in general.

They charge per hour for the swimming pool, the signange is unfathomable, the staff are aloof, the food is pretentious, they make no allowance for kids. Give it a wide berth.

I liked the room rate had breakfast included. Breakfast had a lot of choices, also.The bed and pillows were a lot more comfortable than other ones with similar night rates.

I did not like the fact the toilet was too high - uncomfortable for shorter people. Also, the fact the hotel charges extra for using the pool.The Internet was teribly slow, so for any small search you were charged too much - was it a dial up?

We had a wonderful stay at the Visconti Palace, most of the staff spoke english, and were very helpful. Beautiful rooms and fabulous spa and pool but unfortunately the use of this was not included in the price of the hotel, a bit misleading, and to use the pool would have cost us 15 euros. However, the cost of the hotel was excellent, 204 euros for 2 nights for 2 people, great value, as it is a very luxurious hotel.

Make sure the use of the pool is included in your price and explained clearly.

coffee in urn for breakfast horrible. could you provide tea pots for tea- its the only way to get a good cup!Could the staff at breakfast be advised that patrons do not need cups etc removed immediately- the environment does not need all that extra washing up! Please put proper cups in bedrooms, and some milk for tea- some of us need drinks at 4am! Also (personal) more breakfast tea bags. Thanks

Our favorite thing about this hotel definitely has to be the five star quality service that we received. All the hotel staff were very nice and helpful, especially the front desk manager Mr. Bernie Gallotta. Not only had he helped us with our shopping plans, train tickets, opera tickets, restaurants booking, and even solved our transportation problem in Spain!! On top of that the hotel is also comfy and conveniently located. We are definitely staying there again the next time we go to Milan :)

You will be charged to use internet (which is also quite expensive), and there is no Wi-Fi

An elegant Hotel with very helpful staff. rooms were well laid out, quiet and of a good size. Breakfast was good. The late check out was very much appreciated.

This hotel is awsome. Everything is elegant luxury and comfort.

The magnificent hotel, spacious room, polite staff. A good breakfast, it is pleasant to have a rest in a hotel garden. Unfortunately the hotel is far from the city centre, but I rented the car and it didn't disturb me.

The cconcierge desk was very good in particular Bernie Gallotta, who was coopperative, helpful and has useful information.Also,some of the staff at the hotel reception were good especially a lady during the day shift (i forget her name but i think she is the supervisor )

The breakfast was poor,at such hotel i expect very good breakfast. Also, you have to pay to use the swimming pool. The distance to Duamo was farther than what i expected,you need to walk for about 45 minutes to be there.
