Lovely room, leisure facilities and garden. Excellent buffet type breakfast. All staff helpful &pleasant. 15 euro pp charge to use pool/leisure facilities (except on Sat). Swimming cap necessary (unless you are bald/shaven) No prices for minibar. |

New installations, with silent and confortable rooms. Very good breakfast served in a very nice garden. Swiming pool 15 Euros per person a day and a little bit far from the tourisitic main atractions. |

Ignore the bad reviews on trip advisor, or on this website, as we could not fault a thing. We have travelled all around the world, and stayed in many, many hotels. All staff encountered were polite, the rooms were ample, spotless, the hotel's location is superb - a stroll from the metro, and within walking distance of the old centre. Breakfast was varied enough to be superb. can't think of anything |

The hotel is very comfortable, the room is big enough and the staff is quite nice! The location is not really that close to city centre but still it only takes around 15 mins to go to some major tourist spots e.g. Duomo |

Air conditioner. I kept turning on even if I turn it off every half an hour. Video (movies) on demand is 11e. I think it is to expensive conserning price per night. There was no price list for mini-bar or I could not find it. It should be located somewhere where guest can easy find it. |

We wanted to be near to La Scala as we had tix, and were delighted by the hotel: it was clean, comfortable, served an excellent breakfast and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The guest relations manager went out of his way to ensure our visit was successful, recommending restaurants etc. The hotel has a beautiful garden, swimming pool and spa, and we really couldn't fault it. Although the hotel is very central - approx. 10 minutes on the metro from the Duomo, it is not located in a beautiful part of Milan. However, once inside, it is an oasis. |

The hotel position for business was excellent with easy access to public transport. The quality of the rooms good. For what you get the hotel is too expensive especially taking into account that all facilities and services are charged for. I had two people booked at the hotel for business meetings and the fact that the price was increased by 100 Euro per night (Wednesday) because of demand is unacceptable. |
