The cconcierge desk was very good in particular Bernie Gallotta, who was coopperative, helpful and has useful information. Also, some of the staff at the hotel reception were good especially a lady during the day shift (i forget her name but i think she is the supervisor ) The breakfast was poor,at such hotel i expect very good breakfast. Also, you have to pay to use the swimming pool. The distance to Duamo was farther than what i expected, you need to walk for about 45 minutes to be there. |

The hotel was very clean and in a good decorative order. The hotal was staffed by local italians which enhanced the italian experience. The breakfast offered a very good quality selection Leisure facilities seemed a little sub standard compared to the rest of the hotel. |

The Hotel staff specially the front desk were great. I did not like the room not been able to control the AC in the room. If the room was not cool you have to call the front lobby for them to adjust the temperature. |

Friendly and attentive service, tasteful decoration, clean, beautiful and spacey rooms. Metro station just outside the hotel. Good quality in breakfast foods (milk, proscuitto cotto, fruits). Breakfast variety could be improved considering its classification as a four star hotel. |

Stayed for one night in a double deluxe room. It was spacious and quiet, overlooking the inner courtyard. Huge, comfortable bed. Amenities in bathroom adequate, bathrobes and all. Common space nice and luxurious, although outdoors a bit neglated: not enough chairs in the sun by the pool. Spa was not impressive. Pool was not deep enough, really more for kids, no place to hang your staff, few benches. They force you to wear a bathcap, while in pool, for which they charge you. Apart from reception, the rest of the staff didnt spoke a word of english, relying on the clients knowledge of italian. Also food and coffee in room service was not in the level expected for prices and the hotels category. |

The garden outside at the ground floor that i used for breakfast is just wonderful. The staff very helpful. Position is great, close to yellow line of the Metropolitana. The prices of the minibar are just too much, lets say 50% higher than all the other hotels i have been lodging. Internet should be free in any room as there is on demand but the keybord is available only for the suites!?!? The television "style" is not in line with the hotel as it is a model of the 1990's. |

Everything! Except the fact that someone had broken the steam room door :) Very nice hotel, size (not too big, not too small), wonderful garden, swimming pool, massage, service, perfect room, little details which made the whole difference. 100% satisfaction and amazing price thanks to your offer. |

Extremely comfortable, quiet, very high standard international luxury-ish hotel. Available rates at booking.com were excellent and I hope continue to be available when the market warrants. Excellent breakfast. Central location would be better but location on direct subway to the center is fine, and the area north and west of the hotel is nice. Some desk staff slightly less helpful than they might have been answering questions about public transport, location of stores etc. But the concierge, and most of the desk and other staff, were quite helpful and friendly. Wifi is expensive, and could be faster given the cost. |

This hotel is superb - luxurious and makes you feel really special. We had a lovely weekend, the location is great, four stops on the tube to the centre. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The only drawback for us was the late opening in the morning for the spa facilities, staff seemed unsure of the opening time and we were told it would open at 8am but in fact it didnt open until 10am - not suitable for early morning swim before sightseeing! |

The staff is very helpful and courteous, especially the guest relation desk. The hotel is very close to the city- about 10 to 15 minutes by metro. Spacious rooms, very well equipped bathrooms, very comfortable and clean. Excellent services- including the concierge and recommended especially for business travelers. Need to pay for internet and connection is fairly slow. Hotel restaurant isn't that great without much variety which isn't worth the money. |
