Simply a fantastic hotel with exemplary staff. Connections to central Milan are cheap and could not be any closer unless located in the hotel reception!

Friendly staff even speaking German.

Breakfast "Hall" is not very nice (more like a large conference room). Rooms to the street side are very noisy. Heating/Air Conditioning not well adjusted / Adjustable.

The rooms were lovely, clean, comfortable. No noise which resulted in good nights sleep. Staff excellent, polite and always helpful. Good breakfast selection. Would definitely return.

Spa was average nice pool but Jacuzzi was small and cold. Its was not made clear that you have to pay for each visit £10 pp and kids under 14 are not allowed after 6pm. the whole reason we chose the hotel was to to use the spa after sight seeing !!

The rooms were nice, furniture and decoration was great. The rooms were clean and quiet.

Wifi not included, disappointing for a hotel of that standard. Problems with wifi, allthough we signed up for 24 hour connection (9 Euro). It kept on throwing us out. We had to keep on re-registering although we left the browser page untouched. I understand it was Easter, but we had to queue for breakfast like in a cantine. Breakfast was 2-star standard - maybe we got there too late (?) At our arrival we wanted to use the car park - we were told that it was full. However, we got a space after the staff double-checked a bit later. Although we booked for 2 people, we only had towel, cup, slippers... For one person. We did ask for a second set but were still missing items. We asked for good restaurants in the city, decided to go there a day later - however the address they marked on the map was incorrect.

I travel frequently to Milan and this was my first time at the Visconti Palace hotel.I enjoyed the stay very much : the room was beautiful, the location very convenient close to city center but most of all the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Thank you very much, will return soon.

Very luxurious hotel! Breakfast was excellent, staff was extremely friendly and smiling all the time. The room was extra clean all the time - they actually cleaned it twice a day and gave us chocolate bars every single night! Location was good also - it took us 30 minutes to the Duomo by foot and around 7-10 minutes (4 stops) using the subway. My reccomendation is to visit the bar - the friendliest people working there ever! Also visit the Gourme Restaurant - Chef Matteo is truly amazing, we have never tasted such food before! Forgot to mention that on the night of my husband's burthday there was a gift waiting for him in the room! Also treated us with free drinks from the hotel's bar! Perfect!

The only thing that I didn't like is that we had to pay for using the pool - for a 4 star hotel it should be included in the room's price.

Breakfast was good

I travel all time in and out off 4*/5*hotels but this "palace?" is verry disapointing and completely out of this time, what a rip off: they make you pay 12 euro for a really slow internet from the dark ages...and they refused to cancel and make a refund. They show you all this pictures of there swimmingpool, but when you arrive there in your bathrobe they ask you to pay a 10 euro entrance , and here comes the best part...because I booked true booking.com !!! Even the door of the hotel-room wasn't opening properly :))

The breakfast was excellent and varied. Staff very helpfully and knowledgable. Close to the metro.

I liked this hotel, good service, comfortable room and location.

The hotel restaurant was excellent. The recommendations of the concierge for in city sights were very helpful.

The spa was closed for two days of which we were only informed after we had booked.

The rooms are very elegant, bed very comfortable, bathroom very nice. Also had dinner on the 5th floor restaurant - which is turns out is gourmet rest. The food was very good.

This is perhaps silly but the light switches in the room are difficult to work with. I know this is haut design but try as I might I could not turn on the lights next to the bed. I know sounds silly. That's what I thought and did not call down to reception to ask.

Great accomodations, excellent and friendly staff, perfect spot in the town (100 m of a yellow line metro station 4 stops from DUOMO). Clean room , no noise. We have been granted free room upgrade facing the winter garden. Top Facilities

The breakfast was lovely and the people were friendly. Nearby the center. You could walk the historical route en walk to the hotel.

In the wellnessplace it was not clear if you should put on swimmingstuff. There was no information in englisch. You should pay 5 euro for a swimmingcap.
