Excellent room with all the right facilities and spacious Very clean Good quality of sleep even though I was on the first floor Staff were well trained and polite Good breakfast
Price was on the high end especially for the period I stayed Location was not very good for my business purposes
Location, Room Condition, Clearness
Concierge, breakfast & massage. Overall the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Hotel close to metro station.
Room was not 100% clean when we arrived. However, the second day of our stay, everything was back in good order...
Nice rooms, nice house keeping staff, very unfriendly reception staff
The price!! All in hotel items were ridiculously overpriced. Local places were a quarter of the price for the same items
+ Breakfast spread was good + Close to a metro line and bus routes
- A glass of spritz costs €12!! - The sound of what appeared to be water flowing during the night disturbed my sleep. I reported this to reception the next day
Lovely hotel, Spotless. Excellent breakfast. Concierge, Bernie, was very helpful.
The Air Con was turned off in the room. Enquired at reception, told that all a/c in the rooms had been turned off since previous w/e, mid-october. Not sure if this is a city rule or hotel rule. Weather may have been un-seasonally warm when we were there but it meant that the nights were uncomfortably sticky, had to sleep with window open.
all are prefect
the wifi, do not know why so complicated wifi policy for the package and nobody told us details before getting problem.
The room we had was very comfy and the bed was huge. There were no noise issues. The hotel is positioned nicely for going in to central Milan either by tube or walking. The quality of sleep was probably compromised by the amount of alcohol drunk before hand.
Great breakfast Comfortable rooms Nice pool & spa, open until 22.00
Comfortable room, good access to the city, staff very helpful
Restaurant was very quiet, and did not have a huge choice of dishes.
Beautiful hotel with extremely attentive staff!! I missed the breakfast, but I believe it is quite extensive!
Our room was situated over a busy street, so was quite noisy from early morning
Location, service...'grandeur' of the hotel itself. The staff were excellent and attentive.
Perhaps don't let your gardeners strim the bushes with loud machinery at 9.00am? I doubt there was anyone in the hotel not awoken by them!
We stayed one night while we were in Milan. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had adjoining rooms for our teenage daughters. We were late going in for breakfast, but they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
Good location, with some excellent restaurants around. If you fancy good Japanese food do not miss out Izu 2 minute walk from the hotel. The best Gelato I ever tasted in my life hands down..........could eat that almost everyday absolutely outstanding....
You have to pay for the pool which is not so good. The timings of the pool are also not very practical. The parking garage cost a bit steep Euro 29 per day.......
Push the boat out and stay in a suite, we found 2 x rooms & ensuites (one each for us and the kids), a real luxury, spacious beds, nice cool linen and fittings all up to date. The pool area worked for the kids and the garden was the perfect setting for a bit of sun and then a peaceful night cap. 2 mins walk to the metro, 4 stops to the posh shops. Driving in and out of Milan from the hotel was a piece of cake.
The hotel parking was expensive at 29€, but convenient & safe.
We got an apartment and it turned out to be quite spacious, with 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and a separate communicating seating room)
We eat at the hotel's restaurant in the evening, that was okay but not great and it was overpriced.
I liked absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff was most friendly and helpful. The location might not be very central but there is a metro station close to the hotel and it is only 4 stops to Duomo! I would stay there again next time I am in Milan.
Location; facilities and attention by staff.
The staff were helpful and friendly There was a good breakfast (included in our deal) The conference facilities and food were very good. Honestly, it was the staff who made this hotel so enjoyable. Every one of them seemed to take great care of us
they turn off the AC at night so you need to call reception, otherwise you get bitten to shreds by mozzies. There wasn't much choice of beer at the bar and it was expensive. You have to wear a swimming hat in the pool
Excellent room. Really spacious. We had family suite. Two bathrooms - super clean lots of amenities towels etc. Quiet area. Secure parking and easy access from airport. Great breakfast. We just overnight we do not sure how easy to access city centre. But great hotel.
Comfort & luxury
Every little detail is extra money
Would come back to Milan just to stay there! We ended up having to spend a night in Milan at short notice and we're able to get 2 lovely rooms for a great price. From the moment we walked in we were treated as valued guests. The hotel itself is magnificent and we ate breakfast in the beautiful garden. It made an unexpected stay in Milan a highlight for our family.
Loved it all!
noise all night long because the hotel is on a major street and our room was facing it. Ask for an inside room. Internet is slow and only two access accounts are offered. Hard to log on.
