Located right next to Lima Metro Station, Hotel Galles is on Corso Buenos Aires, Milan's busiest shopping street. Its rooftop restaurant La Terrazza offers a memorable setting for a meal.

Location, service...'grandeur' of the hotel itself. The staff were excellent and attentive.
Perhaps don't let your gardeners strim the bushes with loud machinery at 9.00am? I doubt there was anyone in the hotel not awoken by them!
Push the boat out and stay in a suite, we found 2 x rooms & ensuites (one each for us and the kids), a real luxury, spacious beds, nice cool linen and fittings all up to date. The pool area worked for the kids and the garden was the perfect setting for a bit of sun and then a peaceful night cap. 2 mins walk to the metro, 4 stops to the posh shops. Driving in and out of Milan from the hotel was a piece of cake.
The hotel parking was expensive at 29€, but convenient & safe.
We got an apartment and it turned out to be quite spacious, with 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and a separate communicating seating room)
We eat at the hotel's restaurant in the evening, that was okay but not great and it was overpriced.
I liked absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff was most friendly and helpful. The location might not be very central but there is a metro station close to the hotel and it is only 4 stops to Duomo! I would stay there again next time I am in Milan.
Location; facilities and attention by staff.
The staff were helpful and friendly There was a good breakfast (included in our deal) The conference facilities and food were very good. Honestly, it was the staff who made this hotel so enjoyable. Every one of them seemed to take great care of us
they turn off the AC at night so you need to call reception, otherwise you get bitten to shreds by mozzies. There wasn't much choice of beer at the bar and it was expensive. You have to wear a swimming hat in the pool
Excellent room. Really spacious. We had family suite. Two bathrooms - super clean lots of amenities towels etc. Quiet area. Secure parking and easy access from airport. Great breakfast. We just overnight we do not sure how easy to access city centre. But great hotel.
Comfort & luxury
Every little detail is extra money
Would come back to Milan just to stay there! We ended up having to spend a night in Milan at short notice and we're able to get 2 lovely rooms for a great price. From the moment we walked in we were treated as valued guests. The hotel itself is magnificent and we ate breakfast in the beautiful garden. It made an unexpected stay in Milan a highlight for our family.
Loved it all!
noise all night long because the hotel is on a major street and our room was facing it. Ask for an inside room. Internet is slow and only two access accounts are offered. Hard to log on.
Very classy hotel, staff very friendly and professional, great rooms
While contacting the hotel for direction from the airport to their location, I was told the confirmation was a mistake and they had instead booked me a very bad hotel in downtown.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast and room service was excellent. The hotel stored our bicycles in a locked room at no cost.
ITs a beautiful hotel
its located at a residential area so its difficult to shop unless you want to take a tram
Reception & Porters excellent ! Room excellent. Food a tad expensive but. Well worth 4 star rating !
Internet went down. Then became pay-as-you go. Pool use, attempted hidden charge swindle by pool attendant, demanding 10 euros, despite no drinks in pool area. BEWARE. Insist it is included with your room price as I did.
Large rooms. Cleaning staff waking you by banging trolleys and other tricks, so they could finish their jobs early.
Having to pay extra to use pool. Booking stuffed up by their staff. Not being able to use gardens when a conference was on.
Early Check in possible (8:30), gardenside Roms as requested, friendly straff, nice facility, Great Support
SPA Not included
This is a terrific hotel. We caught train from Centrale station to Lodi station and it was a short walk from there. Also only 3 stops from Duomo station. The breakfast was Hilton-esque. Nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommended
Unfortunately we weren't able to access pool with our booking (a bit sneaky since the hotel features it in the ad)
A very elegant hotel with excellent location.
Checking-in was extremely long. A very business-like, neutral atmosphere without any positive flair. We had our room on the 4th floor, we realized only in the evening that the restaurant was above us, which meant a constant pushing of chairs and coming and going. However, after calling the reception it became tolarable.
Everything was very luxurious, staff always there to please. Easy access to metro and nice walk to city.
If you go swimming children hours restricted and you must have swimming caps!
Room perfect - pool/ gardens and staff!
Staff very friendly and helpful. The upgraded room was over comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
very nice rooms and lobby, helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet (with great cappuccino, on the one day that it was offered to me)
unhappy about having to pay extra for internet in room, and 15 euros (10 + 5 to buy a cap) to use the swimming pool (I didn't use either in the end). Would like someone to offer me cappuccino even when the breakfast room is busy
