We arrived at mid-day and there was a noisy communion party in the only available Lunch room (buffet style), hence we gave that a miss. Limited dining/snacking possibilities. The bar had no ambience at all. My husband was informed to pay extra to use pool and sauna ! At breakfast we got old and cold coffee, the waitress was in such a hurry that the coffee spilled and was all over the plate,| called her back and she replaced the saucer...I had to add a serviette underneath in order not to spill on my white pants. The room service tray from next door was left from the night before until we departed the following day.

Close to the Metro station, around 10 minutes to the Duomo. Could walk to the main square in half an hour. Good breakfast. I requested a room overlooking the garden and this requirement was met. Concierge was very helpful.

Air conditioning was useless. Staff were not helpful at resolving this. The room was very hot. Irons are not allowed in hotel rooms and they charged €6.00 plus room service (unavoidable when one is not allowed an iron in the room!) to iron a shirt (!!!!). The gym was very small, again very hot. Swimming pool was out of bounds due to private classes. Check-in was basic, no information on where to go for breakfast, timings, facilities.

Extras at the breakfast are too expensive, for two eggs we had to pay 16 Euro supplement, walking time to the inner city is about 45 minutes.

Every thing was great except they had a problem with the hot water They were aware and looking to sort it out soon

Hot water problem

1- I was in the garden, I went myself to the waiter and requested the menue to drink somthing, after very long time he brought it, and told me after "3 minutes" he will be back to tack the order, I waited for about half hour, no body came. I left the garden and no body care about this unsatesfaction. 2- Internet access in the rooms is very poor, every time you have to re-enter the username and password (timed out), I was in a business assignment and internet accesd was paid for me, but really it was very unsatesfactory access. When I stay at such high level hotels in deferent places, Internet service is extremly better. 3- I called the reception asking to send someone to collect my landery in hurry as I'm going out of the room, after waiting long time and calling many times, I decided to call the duty manager, unfortunately, the same person in the reseption has answered! After 40 minutes and 4 calls my landery is collected. 4- During 4 night stay, two times the pulb light was bernt out and replaced, they should get a better quality light It was a mistake to stay at this hotel, I will never goback there, very bad experience and I DO NOT recomended to any one, espesially business men and women.

Spacious, grand. Good quality of Hotel amenities,

No milk for coffee, a bit far from major entertainment area like corsa como.

Very convenient location for my business, also hotel facilities & ambience incl. Qualified staff.

Hotel at this high stadard & room rate should provide in-room free wi-fi as most guests are business travellers. Right now ony 1/2 hr provided but only in lobby.

breakfast buffet was excellent. the room is clean and comfortable.

When we got there, the reception was so busy and we had to wait for a while to check in.

The decoration is wonderful as well as the ambiance of the hotel.

The guy at the reception was unfreindly and make you feel noo wellcome.

Comfort and size of room. Easily accessible by metro and bus. Friendly staff.

The hotel itself was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the rooms of a good standard. The reception and staff relations people were particularly good.

We used the restaurant, the menu was overcomplicated and the food not very good and I did not consider it to be value for money especially after having eaten in the local restaurants..
