Rooms were large, clean and well appointed. Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was centrally located in Palermo. Breakfast was good. Free internet access. |

Our stay at the hotel was good, the staff were freindly and very helpful, they also spoke very good english. The hotel room was very clean and the services were of a very high standard. The hotel has a good location, although to be closer to the train station and some of the main areas for resturants may have been better. |

It is a very nice hotel with beautiful rooms with great furniture. Staff is very polite and helpful. As a gift from the hotel we got a massage in hotel's wellness center. Breakfast was great. The hotel has great location, very close to the historical center and close to the shopping areas. This is really excellent hotel. |

Physically it is an attractive hotel. Location is good. No windows in the room (or in entire hotel as far as I could tell), breakfast served in the basement, so it felt very claustrophobic. Service was only fair, and they didn't give me back my passport and wanted $100 to mail it to me. |

Excellent hotel with a fine room and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent valet parking service. someone had been smoking in our room previously. We were not bothered enough to demand another room, which request woyuld no doubt have been dealt with professionally. |

Location hotel management is a total disaster. be aware that on the check out date your luggages can be put in the safe room before the check out time without asking to you ( they will probably tell you a story as they did to us and try to cover it up with a discount!). you have to carry your luggages to the front desk when you get into the hotel because there is nobody helping you in front of the hotel. |

The breakfast is beautiful! I had delicious sfogliatella at the hotel. I didn't expect such a good sfogliatella in Palermo, so I'm very impressed. I usually expected friendly staff in Italy... |

Very comfortable hotel. Very central. Very good breakfast. No bellboy when we arrived and had to carry up our luggage ourselves. For a five star hotel, I dont expect to carry my luggage at all. On friday evening we went to the hotel bar for a pre-dinner drink, the bar was empty and unstaffed. We waited a few minutes and when nobody came we left. |
