Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Loved the location and the building itself. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with excellent views. Most of the staff seemed unhappy and unhelpful, especially and unusually the concierage. After our warm experience at the Santa Caterina - we were disappointed. |

The view from our terrace was spectacular and the decor of the hotel room and the lounges was beautiful. The service at breakfast was very friendly as was the concierge The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, in our room the ceiling was in need of rapair. The balcony outside our room was loose and kept banging during the night. We also found the receptionist at check in very surly |

Courtesy of the staff - particularly concierge. No language problems and internet access to room good Bathroom in room looked a bit tired and sliding door not a good idea. |

My wife and stayed at the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria for our honeymoon in mid June 2009. We could not have picked a better hotel, location or service. It was the most romantic week of our lives. Most perfect place, most complete times. (with the love of my life!) Wouldn't chenge a thing! - Just perfect! |

The property is beautiful and the grounds are perfectly groomed. The pool area is fantastic. The food was just ok for breakfast. We ate in their restaurant and it was just average and not inexpensive. Nice waitstaff but the music was skipping (there must have been a finger print on the cd) for over an hour and no one noticed it. The bed was uncomfortable but the sheets and pillows were nice. |

I was treated as a very inportant person,all though I am not.A quality which is not very present in this day and age. I would suggest a Hotel mini bus to collect and transfer to and from the coach/train station.a taxi costs 20 euros |

We travel frequently and are discerning about facilities, however I have to say that this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in, except for a few minor problems due to the time of year, immediately after the New Year. As there were few other guests staying the menu choices in the dining room were somewhat limited. However we had dinner twice and what we had was delicious and beautifully presented. |
