Hotel is in midst of renovations with work going on all the time. Breakfast was not very good. Staff never called back in response to two separate cals I made about lost eyeglasses that may have been left at the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff giving excellent recommendation for restaurants. Good sicilian breakfast.

The front desk staff was very helpful and a waiter delivered a complimentary bottle of wine to our room. The wine was fantastic and the level of service provided during the stay was nothing short of amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. The location is only 3 blocks from the most beautiful piazza in town. 4 beautiful churches within walking distance and restaurants galore. The price was also the best part. $32 euro and that included a 10-15 euro bottle of wine and a huge free breakfast.... That cannot be beat!

The location since it is central but in a quite area, cleanliness and staff was very helpful.

When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that we couldnt use the water for a shower to brush our teeth or wash our hands the only thing we could do was use the toilet and that the problem would be resolved in 2 hrs and that the problem was one effecting the town. We left the hotel and went for lunch and made enquiries no other establishment had any problems. On our return 4 hrs later the problem still wasnt sorted in fact it was sorted until the following morning.

The reception was excellent and they did more then we expected - very very helpfull. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are big, the pillows are a little hard for my wife and my friends but I like it. We had a room with view to the city garden.

Sometimes we didn't find parking inside the hotel parking when we arrived late.

Hotel was located in the centre of town but away from the main street. Good size room with large double bed and sofa. Room was very clean. Hotel staff were excellent. Reception staff were very helpful when we asked for information about travelling to other parts of the island. Breakfast was buffet style and good selection. Would definately recommend this hotel to others.

the staff at the hotel were fantastic! the reception staff were brilliant (especially the tall gentleman with glasses brown hair and he wore a light grey suit!!) the breakfast staff were great too. i would definately stay again at this hotel.

Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum van een middengrote niet al te touristische maar wel aan de oostkust van Sicilië centraal gelegen stad. Het hotel beschikt over een eigen parkeergarage. Er zijn meer dan voldoende mogelijkheden in Acireale om heerlijk Siciliaans te eten!

Grande, sostanziale cura alla soddisfazione del Cliente. Difficile trovarla così.

Posizione centralissima e quindi comoda per una passeggiata in centro senza dover utilizzare l'auto. Il parcheggio è in strada (ma non c'è alcun problema data la presenza della vicina stazione dei carabinieri). Personale cordiale. Colazione varia e abbondante.

In camera mi è capitato di notare qualche formica che gironzolava sul pavimento.

Buono l'Hotel, pulito, buona la colazione, il personale disponibile per qualunque informazione, ottimo la posizione per spostamenti in zona esempio Taormina, Catania, Siracusa, Etna ect.. Carino un paesino più avanti, Acitrezza sul mare, buono per mangiare con vista degli scogli dei Ciclopi a mare.

Acireale, molto decadente, evidentemente non circola molto denaro, tutte le chiese erano chiuse, non abbiamo trovato nulla di interessante.
