Dalla mia camera il panorama eccezionale. La colazione era il giusto mix tra dolce e salato. Camera pulita ed il personale gentile. non ho trovato parcheggio ma ho consegnato le chiavi dell'auto alla reception che ha provveduto a sistemarla.

La disponibilità e cortesia dello staff anche nell'aiutarmi a risolvere questioni pratiche che per lavoro mi sono trovata a dover affrontare. Il servizio puntuale e affidabile. L'eccellente cucina del ristorante ( la passatina di ceci é una delizia). La mia camera era pulitissima, semplice ma funzionale. Suggerisco di modificare il sistema si sintonizzazione televisivo piuttosto complicato, anche se la ragione per cui é stato ideato ha un senso. Per il resto assolutamente nulla.

Struttura datata e mal tenuta. La camera puzzava di fumo, la biancheria era per una sola persona anche se eravamo in due, la doccia spruzzava acqua ovunque tranne che addosso, la camera assegnata al check-in era twin pur avendo prenotato una matrimoniale e la prima colazione era davvero scarna e priva di scelta: niente the, niente caffè americano, solo due croissant nell'espositore mignon che pareva ad uso domestico. Il cameriere di sala masticava durante il servizio e con soli due clienti in sala a parte noi due era 'affaccendato' a fare altro e fastidiosamente ci ha chiesto se volessimo del caffè solo dopo che l'avevamo strenuamente cercato.

La vista dalla finestra della camera Conosco l'hotel da circa 15 anni, durante i quali è andato - gradualmente - sempre peggiorando. Peccato (la posizione, per chi scende a Potenza per lavoro-affari è assolutamente "strategica")

Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione discreta con orari utili per viaggi di lavoro. Posizione centrale e comoda per visitare la città a due passi dal teatro. Rete Wi-Fi un po' lenta e con l'obbligo di riconnettersi ogni volta.

su ubicaciòn, sus habitaciones confortables y buena distribuciòn, baño amplio y con todos sus accesorios pensado para el viajero. Excelente desayuno no faltaba nada. Hermosa vista a las colinas de Potenza. Centrico. podria mejorar la atenciòn al cliente.
