The staff were excellent: extremely helpful and courteous. I don't speak Italian and had been very concerned about being able to be understood. But they took the time to ensure that I felt heard. The view from the terrace resturant is wonderful. |

Sopratutto la posizione centrale.La camera ed i servizi sono ottimi. Ottima anche la prima colazione. Fortunatamente non è il mio caso, ma non ho visto accesso per disabili. |

La posizione dell'hotel è molto centrale; dalla terrazza all'ultimo piano, dove si trova l'ottimo ristorante dell'hotel si gode di una vista splendida sulla piazza del municipio |

posizione nel centro della citta' La camera non era all'altezza di un hotel a quattro stelle. Materasso scomodo, arredi vecchi, poche comodita' in camera anche se grande, mancava ad esempio una poltrona, infissi vecchi, veduta su un'abitazione diroccata. |

Posizione centralissima, struttura molto elegante e ben tenuta, personale cordiale ed efficiente, prima colazione eccellente. La musica live nel bar della terrazza a volume altissimo che disturba anche ai piani inferiori fino a mezzanotte. |

la situation de l'hotel au coeur de la ville historique, fac à une superbe fontaine, lui donne un avantage très appréciable. Les chambres sont grandes. Le petit déjeuner copieux et bon. La terrasse sur l'hotel est superbe mais ... ni petit déjeuner, ni apéro, ni diner aux chandelles sur une belle et très grande terrasse pour les résidents. C'est réservé aux manifestations, même quand il n'y en a pas. Dommage. Le personnel de l'hotel pourrait faire un effort d'amabilité |

La posizione centrale per visitare la città, l'ampiezza della camera ed i servizi accessori, la bellissima vista dalla finestra, l'ottima colazione, il panorama dalla terrazza sovrastante l'albergo che, peraltro, sarebbe preferibile sfruttare anche per la colazione. E' un peccato che la colazione venga servita in un luogo chiuso, con luce artificiale, quando potrebbe essere servita al 5° piano dell'Hotel dove si godrebbe di un bellissimo panorama. Peccato anche che il ristorante è attivo solo per la cena e non a pranzo. |

Gli spazi comuni sono bene curati, il personale è adeguato e gentile, c'è il servizio parcheggio (anche se a pagamento). la stanza era piuttosto rumorosa e non proprio curatissima |

La ubicacion es lo mejor de este hotel, te permite ir andando a toda la ciudad. Es ruidoso, aunque estes en las habitaciones al interior. Deberian cuidarlo un poco mas, y mejorar el mantenimiento. Y mejorar el buffet del desayuno |
