Situated only 100 metres from the beach, this hotel is near Marina di Pietrasanta’s pedestrian centre. It offers access to a private beach, an outdoor swimming pool, and a garden.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful and gracious. The accommodations were excellent.
It was all pretty much perfect. The structure is not new but the rooms are renovated. Comfy, well connected. Staff very very helpful and professional. I'd recommend this place
Our room was on the top floor and we had a huge balcony with view over the ocean, the room was really big with nice furniture, bathroom with both shower and bubble bath. This hotel has a big pool outside with nice surroundings and a SPA. The hotel is not far from Pisa, Firenze, Cinque Terre, Portofino - so a good base for seeing this area of Italy.
They could have had some more allergic friendly food for breakfast. It was a lot of sweet pasteries, but little without milk.
Price, location, excellent service, staff language skills, lots of possibilities to travel, comfort rooms (compleatly new with aircondition) , no noise from the street, and more, more and more... and hotel is close to the best restaurant La Cantina Da Bruno (Via Italica). ;-) Sunsets and sunrises are spectacular.
There is no minuses. Everything was fine. Best wishes for all hotel staff!!!
It was really wonderful! The dinner is very-very good! The rooms are very clean and big. Staff can speak English, German, Russian and France.
We should pay for the drinks during the dinner and it was expensive. For coca-cola 4euro!, Capuccino 3euro, water 3euro, coctails 6euro. You should pay for spa, I mean just for going there and sitting in Sauna 15euro during the Week and on the weakend 20euro.
breakfast buffet than you it was sun a nice surprise
service on the outer deck
very good location
All, great staff and great hotel, great place to enjoy vacation
Might price for parking should be included in pricing for hotel
Location was brilliant, right on the beach and promenade. The hotel spa was superb. Balcony room meant perfect views of the seafront, and enjoyed watching people on the promenade. rooms were excellent, a very good standard. All staff were very good to us, and helped us with anything we wanted.
WiFi was a bit patchy, but free.
Excellent position on sea front with perfect beach and views of the Apuan Alps behind. Staff all very helpful. Couldn't fault anything especially as we were given a superior upgrade of room without asking, probably because it was near the end of the season. Lovely pool and breakfasts were also excellent. I would happily use this hotel again.
Pool was rather cold but it was October!
Everything was perfect
no free car parking
Large room with excellent view High standard of cleanliness Lovely clean fluffy towels every day Most of the staff at breakfast, especially the drinks waiter The lovely, professional lady on reception. I don't know her name but she was so helpful and knowledgeable and spoke excellent English.
Some of the grumpy staff at reception
Staff was very good and friendly. Rooms clean and modern. Good value for the money.
position, rooms new
the breakfast is not for a 4 stars and comparable with the competitors. This need to be improved
Right on the beach/promenade and one of the only hotels in the area with its own pool. The pool is a good size.and a great alternative to the (almost completely) private beach clubs. Lots of good restaurants on the beachfront opposite the hotel in easy walking distance, offering lots of seafood. You can hire bikes round the corner and spend a day cycling up and down the miles and miles of flat, safe promenade. The hotel was exactly as a 4-star should be and the comprehensive breakfast offered everything you'd expect from a quality Italian establishment.
Parking can be a problem in peak season as, unless you've reserved a place in the hotel's basement car-park, you have to find your own spot on the road (8 Euros per day). There are loads of places, and that's fine, but you may be driving round the block a few times to find one because this is a very busy resort.
Perfect location close to the beach, tourist info office and bus station. Breakfast is sufficient, swimming pool is nice and staff is friendly.
The hotel is quite noisy (isolation issue) and the bed wasmuch too hard and therefor not comfortable.
Rehabbed room was very nice, Reception staff and Maître very nice, also a young male waiter was very gracious and most were terribly helpful. The location was terrific, breakfast good but had I known it was an option, I would have taken it in my room. With the doors closed, there was very little street noise, which was a big plus for light sleepers.
Young brusque waitress (Ilaria?) running about as if we were in a pizzeria, chewing gum at the dinner service seemed out of place for a Grand Hotel. My meal at dinner wasn't very good. I ordered a la carte. But the wine by the glass was very nice as was the young waiter who's name I did not catch. He seemed to be quite good at his job. The pool was lovely but too cold to swim in, at least for me. I could hear the guests next door and the cleaning staff rather well, so the soundproofing between rooms isn't fantastic.
location. swimming pool. breakfast just ok
Bed was not comfort. Staff are not bothered to get accurate information. very mechanic not very helpful. Front the hotel get busy and noisy till 2am, so difficult to sleep. I would stay in second/third line street to beach. WIFI you will need a unique password for each device. you have to login each time to come connect to internet. There was no water boiler and tea coffee kit.
You have to login to wifi every time
€25 euro per person, per day to use the hotel's beach chairs is extortionate.
Hotel is modern, room are spacious with a little terrasse. The view on the mountain is magic. Great breakfist, amazing cocktails, very kind people at the reception. Free beds and towels at the hotel's swiming pool. City parking can be used with a special price of 8euro/day.
Only minors things: -) No possibility to change of language at the room tv. -) No ad/dc adaptor compatible with (french) laptop in the room, you have to go to the computer room. -) You have to pay the Laundry service, but this is motionned nowhere!!
Good location and good selection/choice for breakfast. Staff were great and the room was clean and high quality. Nice promenade (approx 4km) with lots of restaurants of good quality and price
Beach was littered with paying sun loungers/parasols leaving only a 5 meter strip of beach at the waters edge to play/walk. This is Italian way and not to our liking.

everything about the hotel but location and swimming pool was first class
