The room we stayed was very pleasant. The bed is huge and confortable. The toilet was very nice as well. The breakfast was good. The location is quite good. The staff could have been a bit more nice. |

Very close to the train station. Made it easy to drop off bags after arriving and go sight seeing. Felt a little unsafe walking to the hotel at night. Internet is very expensive. |

Nice hotel, very good location, a few minutes walk from both the train station and the river, as well as near the city center. Plus, two of the biggest car rental offices are literally next door. The room was clean with a really comfortable bathrooom. Free parking was appreciated (but only if you are lucky enough to find some space). Very small elevators. Expensive internet. Though staff was kind enough, they could be more helpful, but I guess that stands for people in Florence, generally. |

The rooms were very comfortable and the free parking was a bonus The staff were extremely unhelpful. Our son was ill at the time and unfortunately sick in the breakfast room, the staff, Mario in particular looked on and did not offer assistance. It was up to other guests to assist us. Very poor service for the apparently 4 star hotel |

We are a kind of adveture tourists that like exlusive hotels. So this is a 4 star hotel with 5 star rooms.The hotel is situated near the station and a few minutes walking from the center. We liked the room very much, everything inside was new and they change the sheets every day. The price was low for what we paied. The only thing that we didn't like is the surrounding area. |

Staff was excellent. My wife broke her foot while walking in Florence and staff was invaluable in helping us get to hospital and providing a wheelchair for her. They could not have been more helpful. |

Good sized comfortable room with bath. Kettle + tea and coffee supplied free of charge for duration of stay on request. Good location near train station and walkable distance of all sights. |
