Clean rooms and hotel.

Location is very good. Facilities are good and in good condition. Friendly and competent staff.

Breakfast could be improved. No fresh fruit. Wifi is not free, rather very expensive.

This hotel is very well situated close to bus and train station and also close to the main attractions in Florence - The staff at reception were terrific - very helpful and friendly

There is no free Internet connection and Wifi is only available in the lounge in reception. In today's world free wifi should be available.

Room and bathroom are clean. Location is fine. Good breakfast included.

I have booked a superior room at a quite expensive rate and they gave me a room at the first floor with no view at all. Also, although the outside ambient temperature was of spring season, the air conditioning in the room was not working.

Rooms were comfortable; well maintained. Staff were friendly and efficient.

A little difficult to get the air con to a suitable temperature.

Location was good for tourist areas in Florence but excellent for train travel as it's very close to the train station

As with many hotels in europe, while they have air conditioning, they won't turn it on. Instead you have to open the window. If you get a room next to the public garage you will not sleep unless you close the window and then it gets hot. We were changed to the side facing their private garage which was quieter.

Nice Room, Clean

WiFi in Lobby only with a time limit. Key Card must be in room for any room electricity to work. Very inconvenient when my wife went shopping and I needed to take a shower in a dark room. Room safe locked without entering my access code first, so hotel staff had to open it for me and wanted me to wait until the following day. Staff was unfriendly when I had asked about wifi in room. LAN cables are provided in room fr laptops. This hotel needs to update to the 21st century with various forms of mobile devices that are all wireless.

Very central to everything easy to navigate around the city from here. They have a pillow menu which was fabulous!

No wifi in rooms you must go to the reception/lounge area and even though it stated it was free its only free for the first use of 40 mins, after that you have to purchase.

Loved this hotel. Great value, excellent quiet location 10 minutes walk from the old centre, with outstanding, friendly efficient & helpful staff.

Only 40 min of free wifi was given for a two nights stay.

The air conditioning didn't work and when I asked them to do something they did not care and they werent even trying to solve anything. They charge for WiFi and the rooms are really old!

The staff were very friendly and polite. The Hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable and the rooms and service were excellent. Location was quite good and near to shops, restaurants and very near train and bus station.

Breakfast was good but the lack of real orange juice and proper bread for toasting was a let down. Otherwise breakfat was fine for what was paid.

I would classified the Best Western Grand Hotel Adritico a 3-Star instead of a 4 stars hotel. For the price you had to pay, it's not worth it.

1. The carpet is damp - need to change. 2. No aqua provided for the room . 3. Staff attitude./ sevice is bad . 4. Not worth the price you have to pay.

Cant say anything bad. It was clean, luxurious, and couldn't believe how inexpensive it was. Close to shopping, S.M. Novella train station, and everything you would want to see in Florence. Breakfast was great too. Meats, cheeses, fruit, juice. It was very surprising.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It was close to the main attraction area.

The aircondition was not working well. Even though we told them a few times they couldn't fix it.

It was a good value for money. Good location...just 5 mins walk from smn railway station.

5 euros for 40 minutes of internet is too much. Also, no tea,coffee or water was given in the room which is expected from a 4 star hotel.
