Location was excellent. Food quality was good. Rooms were well furnished and comfortable. Staff were very conscientious. No courtesy transport, therefore taxi from station - less than 1km journey cost 10 euros, and the return journey cost 14 euros. No information provided on public transport even though there was a bus stop, within 30 metres. |

It is a beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds. It is quite and a very relaxed and comfortable hotel. |

Breakfast was good, omlettes were excellent. On booking with the hotel I was advised that I would have a view of a courtyard which in my opinion is a room with a view onto an enclosed area, such as a garden. To my disappointment my room had a view onto a 2m x 2m tunnel to the sky, it was very disappointing. It should have been stated that the room did not have a view and if I had have known this information I would not have booked them. |

The view across the Bay of Naples was staggering, you need a head for heights for the balcony! The room was excellent, the staff were very attentive the food superb and the gardens very well maintained. we loved every minute of it. the town was close (10 minute stroll) but far enough away that you didn't even know it was there. The only reason for marking cleanliness as good rather than excellent is that the maid didn't sweep the floor every day although it was spotless when we arrived. |

The friendly staff, room service, pool and the view. Hotel was lovely and would have no complaints. The only problem was our room was right beside the lift shaft and was noisy from early. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very "classical" in a charming way. The pool area and garden are nice and lush. The breakfast buffet was also great. |

it was very well situated had great views in restaurant and poolside, good restaurant, and beautiful old grand feel to it, it was also central and convenient and comfortable. The food could have been better, dinner that is, a bit more refined but the breakfast brilliant. |

The special location. The lunch menu. The value for money. The fabolous gardens. One of the reception girls and her supervisor were not polite at all. While trying to clarify an issue about a taxi invoice, their attitude was very rude as implying that we were trying to avoid payment. After accepting that they made a mistake (they thought that we were leaving that night), they failed to apologize or demonstrate any kind of regret about their treatment of us. |

The bedroom, the breakfest, the beatuful Garden with its nice view. Nice view from eating-areas!! The dinner was bad. The fish was horribel and the poster bad. To eat dinner once in the hotel was enough. |

Fabulous hotel. We have stayed in many hotels over the world, this one is one of the best. We loved everything. The hotel is beautiful with much attention to detail. A large hotel with a very individual feel. |

The view from restaurant and premier room great. Close to centre of town and transport links. Premier room-bath sub standard,no enamel and scratched, room also over top of restaurant and noisy. Reception staff did not acknowledge we were on our honeymoon even though we had informed them in an e.mail.refused advertised bottle of sparkling wine saying we had an upgrade but we had already booked the top room!! Very disappointing! |

very nice views. Ocean view ( cliff overlooking the ocean, pompeii, mt. vesuvious, and Naples.. was as good or better than the website pictures not really.. it was pretty good and we would stay there again. |
