Very good and quiet location with a beautiful view on the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Excellent shuttle to the centre of Sorrento. Breakfast and dinners excellent in a panoramic restaurant. Good bar. Perfect service. Very good staff ! |

being in nature 15 minutes from center,.easy approch to all directions in the area. many problems in the little parking.a parking for this hotel mast be biger. |

Staff was helpful and location is good (if you rent a car). Room's floor wasn't clean time after time. |

The hotel is in good location near the city (7 min) well organisied, good servise, shatel to the city, good and tasty food, view from the hotel of the bay of napoli cleaning need to improve |

I though the decor of the hotel was nice. The rooms were very clean. I felt staff on reception was very helpful. I felt the food and drink was over priced compards to the town of Sorrento. I ordered a cocktail one day it was have the size of the one the day before and a plate of chips was €6.50. |

The hotel was gorgeous, totally relaxing, staff were wonderful. Only thing was the lack of childrens menu options in the restaurant. |

Breakfast - Orange juice should be fresh; Room was not ready at arrival; Payment of sun beds at the pool (4 eur) - small amount, but strange as would believe facilities should be included in the overall room charge - should at least be disclosed on website. |

We stayed at Hotel Aminta for 5 nights - as it was our 25th wedding anniversary we were upgraded to deluxe room with magnificient views, jacuzi bath etc. We really enjoyed our stay - staff very helpful & pleasant. Food generally excellent. Dont like policy of charging for small things - use of fridge; sunbeds at pool etc. Also breakfast had very poor fruit offerring unless you ordered from menu at extra charge - there is no need for this in such a quality hotel! |

Very nice attitute and helpfulness of the staff Courtesy bus schedules are poor as more trips are needed particularly a trip to the Railway station which would help when catching the airport bus, perhapsd a fee of a few Euros would be accpetable for piece of mind? The bus timetables for the airport bus ( and I suspect the SITA bus timetables) are out of date. I have sent an E mail to the Hotel informing of my opinion-It is an observation ans NOT a complaint! |

the location in the amalfi coast is very central and a nice easy spot to get to upon arrival when you don't know the area you are in. Sorrento is close by with shuttle service provided by the hotel or an easy declining walk to town |

Everything The hotel is far from the city center. There is a free shuttle from\to the hotel, but it goes every 2~ hours, and if you miss it you need to climb a long way or take a taxi (which is hard to find). |

Staff awareness of local and regional transport links, and seasonal variations in availabiliy - ferry, bus, train - also their recommendations re excursions were very acurate. The restaurant menu did not describe what was truely available. We requested a regional vegitarian dish (that wasn't on the menu), and it was served without any fuss or objection - if we did not know how to ask for it, we would perhaps have been left wanting... |

Very helpful and friendly staff, particularly on the reception desk. Breakfast was excellent. Stayed in the annex which was lovely and good value. Nice location above Sorrento, 15 mins walk down, 20 mins back. A minor point, one more bus return to the hotel from Sorrento during the evening would have been useful at approx 10pm. |

la vista sul vesuvio e sulla costa, la gentilezza delle receptionist, servizio navetta per la città 1. mancanza di rapporto qualità prezzo: abbiamo pagato 140 euro una notte per una stanza Superior arredata come un 2/3 stelle e con rifiniture di 20 anni fa 2. la colazione nonostante la varietà proposta non offriva pasticceria freschissima 3.a cena abbiamo ordinato 4 piatti differenti di carne, nessuno meritava le 4 stelle dell'albergo |

De ligging met zicht op de Vesuvius en Sorrento. De kamer met mooi design. Airco buiten maak te veel geluid voor kamers achteraan het hotel. Er is een gratis shuttelbus maar geen vervoer naar het hotel tussen 18h en 20h30. Er moet betaald worden voor sommige items bij het ontbijt. De stoelen aan het zwembad zijn niet gratis (bij de meeste hotels viersterren is dit gratis. |

Le cadre exceptionnel, le jardin fleuri, la situation au dessus de Sorrente, la navette pour le centre, la piscine très bien entretenue, les plats servis au déjeuner au bar de la piscine, l'annexe très calme au milieu des oliviers, la propreté, la qualité du service. Les sanitaires un peu sommaires, et surtout la cuisine et la qualité surprenante de certains produits (jus de fruits en poudre et poisson surgelé). |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Gratis internet. Goed restaurant. De kamer in de dependance die wij hadden zou tuinzicht moeten hebben, maar dat viel nogal tegen. De airco was nogal lawaaierig. |

Netheid van de kamer, mooi uitzicht, gratis internet, gratis wagen parkeren, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel Te luide storende muziek aan de poolbar/terras, even rustig verpozen aan het zwembad zat er aldus niet echt in. Ontbijt: kwaliteit koffie en fruitsap ondermaats (vraag een cappucino!) Ligging te hoog om te voet van/naarr Sorrento te gaan, te weinig busritten hotel-Sorrento, laatste bus terug om 23.30 is voor ons te laat, zijn dus altijd met de wagen gaan eten (=parking betalen in Sorrento) |
