min kone og jeg syntes vores værelse nr 407 var af høj standart og har været yderst tilfreds med et syv dages ophold på hotel cavour også morgenmaden var af høj klasse.vi siger tak. |

Venligt reception personale - hjalp med enkelte kongrete spørgsmål, som ikke havde noget at gøre med selve hotellet. Terassen meget romantisk. Fremragende seng. Til pris mener jeg værelset var "lidt skrabet". Meget støj fra gaden. Morgenmad? nogenlunde OK, men lidt kedelig. Kun bacon + æg af det lune. Brød der er uden smag. Men sådan er det vist nok i Italien?? Det er bestemt et dejligt hotel, mit valg skyldtes beliggenhed men også at det var et tilbud på hjemmesiden. Jeg rejste sammen med min kone. Hvornår er man et ældre par?? Jeg vil ikke direkte anbefale hotellet, men jeg vil heller ikke det modsatte. Jeg var på kongres, men også meget rundt og se. Jeg tror jeg husker andre gæsters beskrivelse på hjemmesiden, som mere rosende. Men mon ikke at det værelse vi fik var et af hotellets typiske tilbudsværelser? Jeg gætter på at mange andre værelser er større og har flere faciliteter. |

Room was quiet, clean, and shutters on windows worked well to keep light out. Good breakfast No iron in room so that clothes could be touched up before going out for the evening. In addition some of the staff at front desk were rude when discussing what rooms were available or when asked about train schedule. |

Location - design - quick response to request if something was not working out. Great rooms as long as they are not the standard rooms. A little noisy - particularly our room located immediately under the breakfast dining-room and people were walking on tiles from early morning... Too early for us to wake up ! We stayed 3 nights and made a reservation also for an additional day upon our return to Florence and unfortunately have to cancel it. It seems impossible to get someone to confirm the receipt of our cancellation - I hope this will be sorted out ! we are canceling long in advance of october 7 ! |

As a business traveller the room I had was perfect for my needs and a lot bigger than anticipated. I will most definitely return to this hotel when visiting Florence again. |

Really liked the Grand Cavour. We had a short stay in Florence and the hotel was perfectly placed to get about, see a few things and enjoy our time. Room was fine, if nothing to get excited about, but the breakfast was nice and the rooftop overlooking the Duomo is something else. |

The reception staff were excellent. Rooms cleaned well daily. Very good breakfast. Looked after my car well. Porter was missing. Very small lift. Very noisy outside. |

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Right in the centre of florence between the Duomo and the Piazza della Signoria. There is also a roof terrace with bar with stunning views of the city. The room was not large but comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful - we had a minor problem with the shower which was fixed within a couple of hours of us mentioning it. Would definitely stay again. |

The roof-top terrace. staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location The room was smaller than expected and a bit disappointing in quality after the way it was described and shown on the photos on the internet. Furthermore, I expect the room to be of a higher standard for the 200 Euro price tag. |

Nice hotel very well located close to everything in Firenze. We did just walk to visit all sites. Prefer the superior room which have a nice furniture and more space. Breakfast is quite poor for this type of hotel. |

We liked the location. It is great. And the staff (reception and breakfast service) We didn't like the smell in the room and that we couldn't sleep properly because of the airconditioning machines room. It was in front of our rooms, terrible noise at night. The Management team knows this problem but they still give those room to guest. I wouldn't recomend this hotel because of this point. They knew that we were celebrating the marriage anniversary of my parents but they gave them such a terribel noisy room. This is really a pity because the staff is very friendly. |

The location is very convenient and breakfast was good. When we arrived I realized the room they gave us did not have a shower, only a tub. When I called the front desk the receptionist told me that I should have REQUESTED one, since they some rooms with only one or the other. |
