The room over the street to much noise all night until 5am and was smoking room smell baddly.
Attentive staff, perfect location and nice breakfast.
The location, the terrace on the rooftop, the restaurant and the cleanliness of the room
Room size was a little small
Location ... Most of the room . Breakfast
The bathroom in shower only had a lot of mould which you could wipe off .. So we reported this and nothing was done about it .. The carpet had lots of marks on it which looked bad .. The air conditioner leaked when on so that's why we think the carpet was like it was .. We reported that and no body got back to us which should have happened in a hotel of this standard .. We had to put the rubbish bin under the drips .. ..
Great location, close to a lot of Florence visitor attractions
Room was dirty looking. Stains on the carpet, scuffs and marks ALL over the walls and furniture. Not the quality you would expect with that price tag. Sheets we're clean, though, and bed comfortable.
Location, comfortable bed and temperature in hotel, ambience and quality of food in restaurant at breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff, view from the roof top bar.
Price of a bottle of wine at the roof-top bar.
Position, within walking distance of most of the main sights. The breakfast buffet was very comprehensive. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The décor of the public rooms is delightfully "old fashioned grand style". The view from the rooftop bar is to die for.
The restaurant attached to the hotel is very expensive, but there is a lot of choice within a few minutes walk.
Location, good breakfast and Good service
No bottle opener in the room to open bottles from the mini bar
Location and breakfast were excellent.
The walls are REALLY thin and I could hear my neighbors.
Location Staff at the front desk
Rooftop bar is ridiculously expensive Breakfast area us poorly laid out eg: no milk jugs, teaspoons not near tea area. Too many rooms to negotiate for breakfast.
Location Location Location. You could not ask for a better place to stay. The staff was wonderful. Wifi worked Breakfast was Delicious. Honestly could not ask for more.
Rooftop bar.Well equipped gym.Position of hotel.view fr my room
One barman in rooftop cafe with bad attitude.
Eveything! Rooms were great, Balcony bar was so cool.
8E for a small bottle of beer.
Rooftop terrace was wonderful. Bedding was wonderful. Staff was friendly & helpful
Our room was a bit dated. Would have liked one with more of a modern flare like other parts of the hotel.
Drink prices on rooftop bar
Location, facilities, attentive staff and the best towels ever! The stay at the hotel totally enhanced our visit to Florence.
Location, Friendly and Helpful Staff
in the city center affordable compared to the location and facilities
street noise all the time
Everything from the warm greetings and helpfulness of staff throughout our stay, the proximity of hotel to all major attractions, the majestic interior of the hotel, it's luxurious, clean, comfortable rooms and facilities, especially roof terrace overlooking the duomo - spectacular!
The only thing to note was the high cost of drinks from the bar on the roof terrace. We were there every night but 10 euro for a glass of wine is expensive.
I was with two friends who had booked a double room. I had booked in advance a better room so I had decided to pay more. When we arrived there I was in a very small room with no view. Instead my friends who payed less were in a very big room with nice view. I think It is not fair to pay more and to have something less good. I told the staff but they didn't do anything.
spacious rooms great breakfast great feel to the social areas - breakfast room and bar lovley rooftop terrace
The rooftop terrace has the most amazing view over downtown Florence.
We initially had a room with a courtyard view. The room smelt damp and the carpet was wet. We complained and were moved to a much better room. I would ask for a room in the old part of the hotel.
Erminia and Irene at the Reception are two great and friendly hosts..tks a lot
Good location Nice presentation of front of house hotel Nice staff
Room was noisy: smaller than we had hoped and had a constant buzzing noice which affected our sleep. However this may have only been the case for our room
You can't get closer to the city center unless you sleep in the Dome. The building itself is a monument (very beautiful design in and out). The hotel offers a private parking at 32 euro/night. The room was well-equipped and the Internet connection was fast. The breakfast had a good variety. Finally, the rooftop terrace is a must.
The bathroom sometimes had an unpleasant smell.
