Grand Hotel Cavour

シャワーのお湯の温度低い上、水圧が低くちょろちょろとしか出なかったので寒かった。上階と廊下の足音がかなり響きうるさかった。

私が宿泊した部屋（Single５F）はセミダブルで十分な広さがあるが、隣の部屋の声が枕元で聞こえるほど筒抜けで、夜中に帰ってきて大声で話す声に目が覚めてしまいました。　俄仕立てのりファーニッシュだったのか？

フロントの人員が少ないようでした。

The staff were very helpful and the location of the hotel was superb, in the centre of things.

One of the lifts was out of action and the stairs were poorly sign posted for alternative use. The water for the tea in the breakfast room in the mornings was tepid.

we were on a non-smoking floor but people were still smoking, we complained but the hotel didn't do anything about it (possibly more of a language barrier issue). Also, there was no shower, just a bathtub, and the windows had poor soundproofing, so it was noisy at night.

The phones , both in the room and at the hotel switchboard were giving a constantley engaged tone when trying to contact the uk

This hotel in Florence was very well located but had an awful problem with sewage that they knew about and obviously did not inform the booking agents about. One room of the two had to be changed, there is NO view as the affected area is where the smell originated from. Also whenever we turned on the air conditioner, we would get the odor.

See above. The location was good, and their remodeling of the hotel is very good, but unless they get rid of the odor of sewage, I could not recomment this hotel and it is a pity because it is really very nicely done, the lobby was great, even the rooms were pretty good, a soap dish was missing from one of the room's shower, not enough drawers, and the closet is for very TALL people.

The location was excellent for sightseeing.The breakfasts provided were also excellent.

There were no drawers or shelves in the room for clothes only a wardrobe.

The location of the hotel was excellent for visiting the museums and other attractions in Florance. The staff were very helpful and courteous, there was a great selection of breakfast items.

Wonderful hotel by all means. Just 2 minutes walking distance from every thing (Center Location). Friendly staff, nice room, safe location. It was the best part in my trip to Europe

The interior design is really nice and the restaurant with the bar is stylish. The view from my room was just magic.
