goede ligging , goed eten. vlak bij het centrum halen van en naar het vliegveld. kortom, een uitstekende keus, zeer behelpzaam bij het zoeken naar excursies .

Zéér goed hotel . Goede service ; Uitstekend restaurant , inclusief uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet .Degelijke ligging . Niet vér van centrum .

Zwemdok in tuin omgeven door achterzijde appartementsgebouwen .Geeft ingesloten indruk .

Location and view (once we got the room we booked)

Unfortunately, even though we booked and confirmed 5 months in advance, the hotel downgraded us as they had let someone else have our room. After 2 nights in a downgraded rioom we moved to the room we booked. Check carefully that this hotel has not double booked, as we heard of others that had to find another hotel for this reason.

Very efficient and friendly staff, especially in the dining area. Large bedroom with good furnishings (including beautifully tiled floor). Excellent choice of items for the buffet breakfast. Dinner was reasonably priced with a good variety on the menu. Hotel location very convenient for station (train to Pompeii etc.) and town centre. Roof-top pool area had nice view of Bay of Naples.

Drink prices were high in the hotel bar (although beer in particular seems to be expensive throughout Sorrento).

Excellent facilities, very clean, nice breakfast with plenty of choice, good sized rooms

Room was with 'garden view' but realistically there is only a small garden and the view is of other residential apartments.

It was a lovely, clean hotel with good facilities and excellent staff. We felt it attracted the right clientele.

The breakfast is pretty decent with great coffee.

The towels need to be replaced as they're old. The bathrooms can use some renovation. It would be nice if the staff at the concierge could speak/understand English better.

All aspects of the hotel were overshadowed by the quality and attentiveness of Staff. Nothing ever seemed to be a problem and requests were dealt with immediately. I marked down 'Services' because our towel was not replaced one day. Arunas

Excellent hotel,staff very helpful and friendly. Great food especially the buffet breakfast.Only a short walk to railway and bus station which comes in handy for getting to and from Naples airport.

Staff and facilities are absolutely great. The room was large and beautifully furnished, with gorgeous floor tiles and beautifully marquetterie - inlaid furniture. The roof pool has the great views that it promises. Food and drinks are well priced and good quality. Hotel offers daily musical entertainement and evening menu is changed every day. Restaurant is always full and staff friendly yet courteous. Their command of foreign languages makes staying very easy. We have used the beach facilities at the twin Hotel Royal, which offers equally high quality services and staff. From what we could see, the Maniello Hotels are a great place to stay and we will remember this group for future bookings. The hotel was a great base to explore the islands and the Amalfi Coast, within 500m from the train station and 10 min walk from the harbour. We would definetly recommend the hotel.

His employees were very attentive

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They can all speak English which is very good if your Italian is not very good.The hotel is well located approx 10 minutes walk to the Train and Bus Station and the main piazza, Tasso Square.We liked the sun terrace with pool and bar and also the ground floor pool if you wished to swim. The rooms were cleaned every day and the food and breakfasts were very good.

No tea or coffee making facilties in the room.

Hotel staff were excellent everyone from reception, restaurant, bar, room cleaning staff nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them. Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony view of Vesuvius. We were celebrating my husband's birthday & our wedding anniversary during our holiday and were delighted to find a bottle of fizz waiting for us in our room on arrival. These little touches make all the difference to a hotel stay. The beaches in Sorrento are not great so the 2 Hotel swimming pools are a godsend at the end of a hot day sightseeing. Location wise it was perfect for us, based in a residential area but only a short walk to town centre .
