The bed was huge! Very nice! The room was very clean and spacious. We had no view on the lake. The room had no bath. |

Good location near Lake Como and Switzerland. Good breakfast. Not much care taken on the exterior of the hotel. The first room we were checked in to had not been cleaned. |

The hotel is ideally located. Nice and spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. The hotel is really dated. Is the grandeur of the seventies and needs refurbishment. The style is nice, liked the Italian opulence but it needs a lift, that is for sure.Extra surcharge for private garage!!! |

A lesson in hotel management 101. Polite, helpful staff - happy, even. Quiet, clean establishment, generous breakfast, safe parking ... nothing wrong at all. |

Staff very professional and helpful. Nice building and good-sized, well equipped room / bathroom. the charging for internet (and at €25 /day!) was ridiculous in this day and age, as is the €20/day parking, given that it's a non-urban hotel. |

The breakfast is outstanding, by far the best breakfast I've ever had that was included in the room rate with a wide selection of everything you can think of. The staff had interpreted my modification of the reservation as a cancellation (but luckily there was still a room available) and had forgotten to switch on the electricity for my room. |

The hotel served an excellent breakfast. The room was spacious by European standards. The front desk staff was a bit rude. The front desk clerk sat at a desk away from the main check-in desk and seemed bothered when I had a question. The clerk did not even bother to greet me with a good morning or can I help you. When I enquired about staying an additonal night she looked as if there were a problem and then sighed and said it's okay. Nice facility/good location/staff needs work. |

Die Schnelligkeit der Abwicklung beim einchecken, dass die Buchung am gleichen Tag per Internet reibungslos geklappt hat. Die Lage des Hotels (ganz in der Nähe von Como und von der Autobahn = sehr gute Erreichbarkeit) Um 8.30 h am Frühstücksbuffet bereits mehrere Speisen nicht mehr aufgefüllt wurden oder aufgebraucht waren. |

Het kingsize comfortabele bed en de fijne badkamer De hond mocht niet in het park van het hotel en niet in het restaurant. Wij hebben derhalve diner op de kamer besteld en daar vervolgens 70 minuten op moeten wachten voor belachelijk hoge prijzen. |

Personal en la recepción. Es fácil aparcar en la zona Desayuno.. Mucho peor que otros hoteles de 4 estrellas en la zona. Está bastante retirado de como y sin coche no es fácil llegar. |

De bediening is er zeer vriendelijk en vlot. Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer gevarieerd, de presentatie is overzichtelijk en wordt net gehouden. De kamers zijn ruim en de bedden zijn zeer breed. De kamerprijs is op 'topdagen' duur. |
