If it was a 4* hotel, now is far from it. Very bad facilities. Not a simple place in the room to plug a computer. The switch of light on the entrance of the room was broken. The tv is the smallest possible and has 20 years old. The breakfast is on the level of a poor 2 star hotel. |

I liked how the hotel is situated in the city, close to the church and also close to the university area and a beautiful shopping street. The staff was very kind and helpful. |

Location is excellent for visit to Pisa Duomo, musea etc.Only approx. 300 meters walking. This hotel needs badly a refurbishing/modernisation.Maintenance is absolutely urgent. All wateroutlets are dripping!!Hotel is very noisy at street side.No airco functioning with outside temperatures during our stay of 23-25 C |

The location was perfect and the hotel was cool and comfortable. Our double room was small so would not have wanted to stay there for too many nights. |

Good location next to the Piaza Miracoli Terribly uncomfortable bed. Poor Breakfast selection. Reserved aparking place when we booked. When we arrived, were told we had no reservation and would have to "park on the street"! When we showed them a copy of your booking they gave us a place to park. Seedy neighborhood. 4 stars.....maybe 2 at the most!!! |

It was very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The bar man, who has worked there for 40 years, was truly lovely; his service was excellent and he was a joy to chat with. An absolute asset to the hotel It was very disapointing. It had not been updated since the 70s and the room was particularly shabby. Our friends (who paid the same price) had a slightly better room. The Breakfast was dreadful, particularly the fruit juice. |

The roof-terrace has a nice view on dome and leaning tower, nevertheless, it is more like a rooftop than a terrace A miserable place, room setup and furniture was quite uninspired, bathroom smelled like urine, tiny old tv, the worst breakfast I ever ate in a hotel (old and dry toast, old croissants, bad coffee and juice, a.s.o), the employees seemed bored with their work, not at all a 4-star hotel |

The Cathedral and Tower of Pisa and surrounding buildings were beautiful. Room in hotel was clean. The room was very very small and very dark. It could do with painting and brightening up which would make it more attractive for tourists. Breakfast was poor. |

very close to the main square and handy for all local amenities. Room was adequate for an overnight stay. Close to the airport. no porters available to help with luggage. Lift doors too narrow to get the lift trolley into the lift. the taxi that was ordered by the hotel to get us back to the airport cost twice as much as the one we took from the airport to the hotel. |

Location was ideal for a quick visit of the historic city center. We had a 4th floor suite with a terrace and a view of the duomo. Parking is available which is crucial in the city center. Breakfast was included and good. Hotel was kid-friendly. Staff was nice and helpful and gave excellent restaurant recommendations (Osteria La Mescita). |

It was walking distance to the leaning tower of Pisa. Reception staff excellent, they were very helpful. Breakfast was poorly organised and inadaquate number of staff. Very little choice of food. This is not a four star hotel only a three. |

hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, particuarly Roberto in the bar. Thank you Roberto, would have been lost without you x. clean and very grand. fab location! loved the roof terrace and the family art work on the walls/foyer. very friendly. would stay there again. problems. All was forgivable but looking a little tired and dated. windows in our room where were held shut with paper, but they didn't cause us any problems and plumbing needs attention (dripping taps) again not causing major problems just not perfect. |
