the roof top terrace ,the view from which was tremendous the extractor fan was not working in the bathroom and the ledge at the top of the wall tiling had not been cleaned for months |

The reception staff, especially late at night when we checked in, were exceptionally helpful. The location is great - though finding it in Pisa's convoluted streets (and parking) is difficult. Potentially great roof terrace. The hotel holds itself up to be a 5 star one ... but the fabric of the hotel is more like 3 star! |

It's location as it is within a stone throw of Piazza dei Miracoli. Staff very helpful. Breakfast quite good. It looks dated especially the entrance. Rooms have all the facilities however they need to be brightened up. In a few words - it needs refurbishing. |

Nothing, it is old, dirty and a few bird were stocked in my window making noise the whole night Everything!! Unpolite staff, old and dirty rooms, poor breakfast, definetly too expansive for what it offers!!! |

The hotel is located a few meters from the Tower, is an ideal place for a tourist. The staff from the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and the cleanness of the room was excellent, they change every day the bed sheets. Highly I’ll recommend this hotel. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value given that we only wanted a hotel in Pisa the night before our flight home. Room very clean and spacious too. Pillows were the most uncomfortable in the world ever - woke up with neck ache! |

Good locality, very near the leaning tower, convenient for city bus, near to retaurants and bars. Some of the bathroom floor tiles were cracked but apart from that,very comfortable.Good buffet breakfast and very clean linen and towels |

Location was brilliant - 3 mins walk from the leaning tower and 10 mins walk from the main shopping street next to the river. The room and bathroom were big. I'll be very blunt due to a shortage of time. The internet didn't work. The AC didn't work. The pressure in the shower was poor, and the water was warm - not hot. I have no idea what the standards are but this hotel called itself "4 star". I think it was too expensive considering all this. |
