Warm welcome, friendly attention. At the front desk they spoke in English and pretty well. Nice room, all very clean. Really comfortable bed. Good located, walking distance from the city center
Very good location. The breakfast was good. The room was big and clean. Good value for the money.
The WiFi signal was very poor in the room.
The hotel has a real 70s vibe (it helps if you like the colour brown!) but it's very comfortable, staff are nice and great value for money. V. good breakfast
WI-FI doesn't work at all. We were there for work and it was a disaster. Don't stay there if you need working WI-FI
Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet included everything from cereals to fried eggs, ham, cheese and fruits. If you are with car,you can park into the hotel parking or 10 min walk is Tanari parking.
Very poor WiFi
Very nice staff! Fairly good fitness facility. Good city bus connections. Easy to reach from the Airport.
Extremely bad coffee at breakfast when comparing to the normal wonderful italian coffee. Wi-fi not possible in the room, but well functioning in the restaurant.
The staff was extremelly professionl. I mean real professional!!! It is my second time here and I will come always with great pleasure. Location, staff, breakfast and all the services were excellent. Wonderful! Thank you so much for everything! I felt wonderful in your hotel. Also, Booking.com thank you for reccomending me such a great hotel! It was really great!
There is nothing somebody should not like about this gorgeous hotel and its wonderful staff. Evrything is just perfect. Congratulations for the excellent services that you provided for me during my staying in Bologna, I enjoyed every moment!
If you're coming here with business and need to get any work done that requires an internet connection, don't stay here. I couldn't get any work done; for 5 days the wifi didn't work properly - in the lobby, in our room. And the personnel? Here's a sample of 4-stars service: the reception desk phones us at 11:30pm in the 4th day of our stay that they can't find the copy of my girlfriend's ID and that they're coming upstairs to pick it up. Just to make it clear: it's not the first day, it's the 4th day of our stay and it's not the last day either, there're still a couple more days to go; and it's midnight! I tell him it's inappropriate to wake up his guests like this, he insists that he's coming upstairs. He wouldn't give up until he gets what he wants, it doesn't matter if he wakes up his guests, the man has a mission. Zero training, zero common sense
The coffee is good.
The front desk is terrible, the manager guy from front desk is terrible. One day try charge me 5 euros to eat my pizza in the room! 5 euros for pizza! the park is 15 euros for day, is so hard find a park in the street! the hotel is terrible, no lose your time, i pass bad moments with my friends.
The suite had two large and very confortable bedrooms (each with its own tv), with a living room with a sofabed on it. Staff very helpfull and the restaurant quite nice. Ideal for families! I would certainly return!
It should be ok to have lunches or snacks in the suite. The hotel explicitly do not allow that.
Very bad internet!
Terrible wifi...lots of bad excuses from staff. No food allowed in rooms even though kitchen had fridge and stove (lectured by desk staff). No irons allowed in room. Room decor dated, dark and depressing. Room ventilation very loud. Cleaning staff placed two Kleenex in empty box to appear as full. No street front entrance.
-helpful staff -decent breakfast -allowed later check-out
-Wifi signal very weak at times -Retaurant dining room was very cold
Spatious rooms with large bathroom. Rich breakfast. Parking is possible on the street - weekends free, working days 6 EUR/day.
nothing to dislike for us
Big clean rooms, good wifi connection in the room, quiet, close to city center
A beautiful front office staff can you send me an email please :)
wifi at second floor and my room is very poor but at loby is great. quite far by foot from city center or train station but easy access by bus
Convinent to take buses to exibition grouds and to central Station
Staff at reception, garage and the Pakistan employee in the restaurant very friendly.
Staff in the restaurant very unfriendly. Price not in relation with the package of the hotel.
Everything about this hotel and experience. Very dark, old, worn out, in desperate need of renovation, sad, felt unsafe, doors and lock broken, bathroom items broken, no warmth or personality at all, staff in chaos & unorganized, price is hugely unfair about 300 euro for terrible experience overall. Breakfast minimal , again dark room with lounge music at 8 am- dark wood paneling, dirty old tables , no forks... I travel for work and this was my worst experience in world including 3rd world !!! I can't believe this place is in business and people stay there.
Location cleanliness and peacefullness
Couldnt obtain a bottle opener for a drink in room.
Ventilation system never clean, very noisy, and could not turn off during the night???
noise from the main street
All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was good And views from the balcony across the city were beautiful.
The room size was good but there were no facilities in the room eg kettle/ cutlery/ hob not working and we found some left over rubbish on the balcony and in the kitchen area. We ate in the restaurant on the last night and the food was poor there is a nice pizzeria just across the road.
Bad bedroom, the Air Condition dozen' t work
The hotel had parking which was a plus, but it was 15 euros a day. Great coffee shop a short walk down the main road with the most kind barista.
The beds were unbelievably uncomfortable and the room was so hot! Breakfast 10€, parking15€, room 100€. Not a good deal at all. This is a fair hotel, not a 125€ Hotel. Only book if you get a great deal.
