Spatious rooms with large bathroom. Rich breakfast. Parking is possible on the street - weekends free, working days 6 EUR/day.
nothing to dislike for us
Big clean rooms, good wifi connection in the room, quiet, close to city center
A beautiful front office staff can you send me an email please :)
wifi at second floor and my room is very poor but at loby is great. quite far by foot from city center or train station but easy access by bus
Convinent to take buses to exibition grouds and to central Station
Staff at reception, garage and the Pakistan employee in the restaurant very friendly.
Staff in the restaurant very unfriendly. Price not in relation with the package of the hotel.
Everything about this hotel and experience. Very dark, old, worn out, in desperate need of renovation, sad, felt unsafe, doors and lock broken, bathroom items broken, no warmth or personality at all, staff in chaos & unorganized, price is hugely unfair about 300 euro for terrible experience overall. Breakfast minimal , again dark room with lounge music at 8 am- dark wood paneling, dirty old tables , no forks... I travel for work and this was my worst experience in world including 3rd world !!! I can't believe this place is in business and people stay there.
Location cleanliness and peacefullness
Couldnt obtain a bottle opener for a drink in room.
Ventilation system never clean, very noisy, and could not turn off during the night???
noise from the main street
All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was good And views from the balcony across the city were beautiful.
The room size was good but there were no facilities in the room eg kettle/ cutlery/ hob not working and we found some left over rubbish on the balcony and in the kitchen area. We ate in the restaurant on the last night and the food was poor there is a nice pizzeria just across the road.
Bad bedroom, the Air Condition dozen' t work
The hotel had parking which was a plus, but it was 15 euros a day. Great coffee shop a short walk down the main road with the most kind barista.
The beds were unbelievably uncomfortable and the room was so hot! Breakfast 10€, parking15€, room 100€. Not a good deal at all. This is a fair hotel, not a 125€ Hotel. Only book if you get a great deal.
Location, room size, helpful staff
Internet in room inaccessible most of the time, including wired. Breakfast could do with some cooked items.
Clean and spacious rooms. Close to the airport. Excellent taxi response. Helpful staff.
The neighborhood is not the best. Farther from the main Piazza than we would have liked. Quite a hike.
Location. Within walking distance to town centre. About 30 min. Good excercise! Lovely spacious rooms! Bus just across the Hotel. One bus to train station!
Noise from upstairs room, but no-one can help that!
- location is close to city centre
- they do not allow us to bring our food from outside inside our room except if you order from their restaurant !!! How is that ! - the wifi is free but it is opened to public which make it very slow. - it is not permitted to use iron !! -
Good location. Staff was comparatively cooperative. Size of room was good.
Very poor wifi. Rooms had bad lighting and also were badly maintained.
This place was hilarious - like stepping back into time where prawn cocktails, fondue and shimmery gold disco onesies were in fashion. We booked it about 10 minutes before we walked in, so it was an ultra last minute booking with a last minute deal, offering a good price for Bologna accommodation. The decor was outdated but we had a plasma screen and our room was HUGE (at least the size of 3 normal hotel rooms) with a sofa area, a kitchenette with a breakfast bar area (no utensils or anything to cook with) and a huge balcony facing the hills. We didn't take the breakfast option as it seemed to be hugely overpriced at €10 each and the property is close to a bus stop so we caught a bus into the old town for meals. Parking in the neighbourhood is readily available and much cheaper than their parking fees. Staff we're nice and helped explain the parking in the neighbourhood to us. Wifi was weak and temperamental. AC was good and reliable. We were only here for a night but it was good for what it was. I would recommend it to friends who are coming to Bologna and want a decent place to stay without any frills.
Wifi was weak and unreliable.
nothing i even do not pass from that road
everything special the lady that was the receptionist on that day
Taxi service works, 20 mins to airport, glass of wine at hotel bar 3 euros
At buffet breakfast there wasn't even any cheese.. Staff did bring some when asked but I was wondering if I would be charged extra - 4 stars - so not! 1st floor room horrible, aircon did not work, wifi did not work, location is scary at night
Large separate sleeping areas. Room to sit and chat and good sized bathroom.
Kitchen area but no facilities, no fridge, kettle or cups. Would gave been great to cook a meal it simply make a cup of tea.
we were a family of 4 adults This is a 4 star hotel which actually deserves 4 stars ! staff there is very polite, friendly and helpful (eg. guy behind the reception saved me 15euros for explaining the parking possibilities - leave it on the street and then get a day ticket for 6 euros) rooms are spacious, clean, smell is very nice there, mattresses are excellent free wifi works perfectly in the lounge and alright in the rooms (it works tho!) location is +-20 min from the city center (some nice bars/restaurants are on the way so it may take more time to get there) :) I would come back
