Nada en especial. El personal es educado pero no llega a cortés. Habitaciones espaciosas pero escasamente equipadas para su categoría (ni mesa para desayunos, ni asientos para dos personas)

El precio no incluye el desayuno, pero lo cobran como suplemento de obligado consumo pues no tuvimos control de uso del comedor y nos fue cobrado sin preguntar

La belleza de sus salas y el saber que ha formado parte de la historia y la cultura.

The location of the hotel was sensational. The rooms were generous in size and furnished to a high standard. The main rooms of the hotel are extremely grand and impressive. Best of all was the breakfast, a huge range, freshly baked croissants, tarts and sicilian biscuits. Divine!

Just location.

I have so many terrible thongs in this hotel. The room is not clean. THere are hairs on the bed and towels are not changed. So, they changed my room, however, there are worm-ant on the bed and the big fle was flying. So, they changed my room again. The third room is suit room. However, rusty water is flowing from the tap in all staying. And the breakfast is tastless. So, I decided that I will never go to old hotel without renewal.

Oor second stay at the hotel, not as good as last time but still a hotel you can recommend with no problems. Clean, safe, almost friendly (or used to be) and a historical landmark in the absolutely wunderfull city of Palermo. You can walk almost anywhere from the hotel, we walked for hours everyday. We got a room o the backyard, not impressive still decent size.

No one seemed to care about he package we bought , we got no tea, no tickets for museum, but finally got a small matchbox size card box with 3 small "cakes" - that is not what i call a package......

This hotel has a good location. It is within walking distance of the centro storico where most attractions are located. Yet, it is located in a newer part of the city which is free of the oppressive atmosphere prevalent in the centro storico which is caused by the very narrow streets, thick traffic and the extremely run down buildings. This belle epoque hotel is quite atmospheric.

The hotel is not entirely well maintained. We found the curtain fallen down when we were back.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, quick to offer directions and maps.

The hotel was very expensive considering it was only bed, there were no tea etc facilities, all food was very expensive and cover charges on everything. Even bottled water was £6 + cover charge. The area was filthy and beggars seemed menacing at night as they usually had 4-6 dogs running lose with them. It is very disabled unfriendly.

Good mannered of reception staff, renovated room, hotel location are good.

Passage to room is dark.

The location is excellent, in a very nice part of the city, convenient to all attractions.

A mild wish is that they would clean the carpets in the public parts of the hotel. All else is very nice.

Good service after we had asked for a bigger room the first day. Very central location in Palermo. Very good breakfast.

piccoli interventi di ristrutturazione ancora da fare....ma non tali da inficiare il rapporto qualità-prezzo
