Смотрится солидно. В центре. До основных достопримечательностей минут 20 пешком. Завтрак соответствует классу: без изысков, но все что нужно. Историческое здание.

С ужином у них какая-то беда! хотели поужинать в отеле - устали, но оказалось, что части блюд из меню нет, хотя оно и так маленькое. В итоге пришлось уйти. В целом интерьеры хоть и интересные, но явно староватые.

Хорошее расположение отеля. Чистота в номере. Скудный завтрак.

A wonderfully romantic, old-fashioned grand hotel, charmingly worn but very imposing. Friendly and relaxed service, with genuine Sicilian character. GHdeP is not for those who want a typical globalised, American-style hotel! My room had a delightful balcony with a pretty view over a garden square and a glimpse of the harbour. The room was nicely equipped and comfortable (excellent bed), but my favourite parts of the hotel were the spacious lobby, the cosy bar and elegant breakfast room (the champagne breakfast was particularly good). I will definitely stay there again if I return to Palermo. A memorable experience!

Some areas of some floors are currently being renovated. There is no signage to indicate where these areas are.

This classic, "grand" hotel is in the perfect location to explore all parts of the city. It was a very comfortable room in an older hotel. The breakfast was terrific and overall, it was a great deal for a throw back to the 1950s style hotel.

Old fashioned in a nice way. Grand entrance. Good room with nice furniture and bathroom. Excellent breakfast with lots of food choices. Stylish hotel and right in the centre of Palermo on the Via Roma.

No free wifi service. Lousy view from the hotel room on a courtyard at the back of the hotel, but at least it was quiet at night, as opposed to the front of the hotel where there is noisy traffic from the Via Roma.

It was a beautiful old grand hotel, breakfast and room staff were excellent, the reception staff not overly friendly or helpful, but got a bit better as the week went on. Over all a very nice hotel and good value for money, great location.

It was recommended by friends. It is in a convenient part of the city and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel was full of character from Wagner's piano to the large high ceilinged reception and dining areas, all with their painted ceiling and columns, mirrowed walls and wonderful chandeliers.The bedrooms were again large with high ceilings with a well equipped en suite bathroom including a bidet.Linen was good quality and was changed every day The staff were extremely kind and helpful even a porter to help with luggage to rooms, a small but appreciated service. The breakfast was good, varied and plentyful. The central location of the hotel made the visiting of local site, of which there are plenty, easy.Very good long distance coach and train services made visits to other towns again, easy. Cefalu being one in particular. We could not recommend the hotel more highly.

Comfortable, conveniently located and good value for money

Room too hot in the evening. Air coditioning didn't work and the roof equipment is very noisy.

The hotel was very well located in the center of town , near all public transport, It was a short stay , the food was very nice and all the staff I met, Thanks very much, And I will most def be back. Thanks, Peter Nealon

Good location, great hall and very spacious rooms. Very friendly and old-schooled personnel in terms of good services and attitude to client.

Luxurious in their past now it seems a little bit dirty and requires renovation
