The location was ideal for day trips around the lake to other villages. The scenery was beautiful, the food was excellent and the staff attended to our every need. |

The swimming pool near by the lake was just fantastic, and the breakfast in the garden was nice. The reception staff was rude and useless. It was 35 degrees the day we arrived, the air conditioning was broken in our bedroom, but they waited untill 1.00 am to finally change us of room after we complained for 2 hours. |

The on-site restaurant and bar were fantastic, as well as the service from that staff. I would like to see more restaurants within walking distance, but that is obviously nothing the hotel can do anything about. |

Fabulous room, appointments and view! I just didn't want to leave the balcony! Helpful staff, convenient location and off season rates were great. Beautiful grounds. During the low season restaurant not open or any near by. |

they offer us one of their best rooms with great view to the lake, we really enjoyed the room, they offered us access to close parcing area without extra fee, they gave us information on the area december is low season in the area so the service was not at 100% of the real capabilities, but this is rather normal, after March I think the service will be excelent. finally in my opinion internet access should be free or with a minimum fee |

Location and room facilities (internet and paid movies) Every meal was expensive. A simple room service of toast and orange juice cost EU 24....needless to say anything from their restaurant. But besides price, the employees were fine. Regarding hotel´s facilities (spa) they are 10 years old... |

Our view was fantastic! Breakfast was generous and varied, and the service was good. Overall it was quite an authentic old world experience. We weren't disappointed because we paid for a room with a view. Other rooms seemed quite ordinary and 'in the back' - it might be well to warn others, as this is not a cheap hotel. It is a little isolated at Moltrasio, and the options for eating in the village are limited. |

This was a very quiet location on Lake Como. Great view of lake and mountain from the room. Convenient access to the boat stop for the lake-side transportation. Resturant was over-priced. |

We requested a lake view and were assigned a beautiful room with a magnificent view of the lake. The ferry dock was so convenient. The hotel restaurants are too expensive. We had two cups of ice cream one evening in the bar and were charged $32 |

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The grounds are beautiful, especially the garden and pool areas. Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was diverse. We ate dinner at the garden restaurant on one evening -- the food and service were excellent.The view of the lake from our room was outstanding! The proximity of the hotel to the boat terminal was very convenient. Our bed was very firm and not particularly comfortable. |

The lakeside pool and gardens are unbeatable on Lake Como, it has great old fashioned 'Grand' hotel style in public areas. The new block which has most of this hotel's accomodations is soul-less and uninspired the rooms are basic and motel-like. |

Beautiful location, overall good facilities. Well-kept gardens and very close to a ferry landing. Staff generally very helpful and hospitable. Premium rooms are small. Sound-proofing from corridor noise not good enough. Shower room only and the shower is poor quality. Earliest check-in time of 3 pm is too late. 2 restuarants, Imperialino is v good, but Gardiniera is far from good - the first restaurant I've been anywhere in the world where I have returned a dish. Was charged for other customers expenses on my bill - check bill carefully! |
