es un sitio fantastico con un magnifico enclave. En invierno seguro no tiene el esplendor del verano No nos dieron la suite de luxe que habiamos reservado, nos contaron una historia y al final nos metieron en una suite junior que no estaba preparada para alquilar. La impresion es que llego algun cliente al que le dieron la habitacion que nos correspondia, oeri era San Valentin y no merecia la pena montar pollo |

Su situación Que la fotografía de la web, en el lago corresponde a un apartado del hotel, La Villa Imperiale, el hotel en sí está en la otra parte de la carretera. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, aunque por la noche no hizo falta, cuando llegamos no se podía estar en la habitación. |

The location at the Lago Di Como is very good, though very touristic. Close to the water and to the little ferry. The shower was a very very old one, fixed to the wall. Very small room. Noisy, even in low season. We wanted to have dinner in their beautiful restaurant, but it was not open, although we had told them when making the reservation. |

Location is great. Nice view. The staff at the breakfast area is like robot contradict with the atmosphere in hotel breakfast area which is very nice. |

Incredible scenery ! Very convenient to ferry port. Spacious lake view room. Rich breakfast. After each electric cut out, AC goes back in even if you turned it off earlier which had us keep waking up to turn it off again... |

Very courteous staff, wonderful setting for morning breakfast in the garden and a wonderful buffet. Views of the Lake are ok but hotel does not sit directly on Lake Como, just the pool does. |

After being moved to a room where the air conditioning worked we were happy with our lakeside stay. Lakeside restaurant good. Our first room was in the rear of the hotel although we still had a lake view. The air conditionig did not work so we were moved across the road to the " villa " where we had a lovely old fashioned room right on the lake.The rooms at the rear are inferior to those across the road and are overpriced. If we book again we will definitely stipulate a room in the villa. |

Average hilton /marriott style hotel.Not a grand luxury hotel but ok.Room and lobby looked like typical american city b grade business facility.Location was very good.Staff were avarage. Some of the staff wre poorly trained and indiferent. |

The location was ideal for day trips around the lake to other villages. The scenery was beautiful, the food was excellent and the staff attended to our every need. |

The swimming pool near by the lake was just fantastic, and the breakfast in the garden was nice. The reception staff was rude and useless. It was 35 degrees the day we arrived, the air conditioning was broken in our bedroom, but they waited untill 1.00 am to finally change us of room after we complained for 2 hours. |

The on-site restaurant and bar were fantastic, as well as the service from that staff. I would like to see more restaurants within walking distance, but that is obviously nothing the hotel can do anything about. |

Fabulous room, appointments and view! I just didn't want to leave the balcony! Helpful staff, convenient location and off season rates were great. Beautiful grounds. During the low season restaurant not open or any near by. |
