On landscaped grounds by the shores of Lake Como, the Palace Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Como Cathedral. Both the bar and restaurant overlook the lake.

This restored 19th-century villa is on the western shores of Lake Como, just under a mile from Cernobbio. It features elegant rooms with parquet floors and marble bathrooms.

Very good location. Very good breakfast. New rooms on the side far from the lake. A couple of wonderful restaurants nearby.
Very old rooms on the lake side. Lake view is not direct. Main restaurant was closed in the evenings. Spa is too small and always too crowded. Price is too high.
Location and the restaraunt opposite was fantastic
Bed was a little hard, reception in leaving was rude!!
Lake view nice room
The bad is bed
For such a big size room and spa facilities, the price offered by the hotel is reasonable. Continental breakfast buffet had good spread of choices
Charged customers 10€ per person for breakfast. And no free parking.
food at the restaurant. It was terrible. Breakfast was no so good either. Add some American favorites like hamburger & fries, pizza, roasted beef like prime rib, fresh veggies, rice, potatoes.
Easy to get to from the ferry terminal, stunning looking hotel in a stunning village. Staff were friendly and help full, spa was great, breakfast was exceptional and dinner was even better with views across the lake. Garden view room was large and had a fantastic view over the tennis courts to a waterfall through the village
The design and equipment of the rooms in the new building are perfect.
Room was very comfortable
Great room with an incredible view.
No real complaints
Setting The grounds of the hotel View of the lake
Rooms could be of higher quality Split mattress
The hotel is located right across the street from where you can take the boat if you don't want to drive. They accommodated my two children in our same room w/o any issues. The swimming pool area is very nice. Everything was very clean and the front desk staff very friendly.
Being used to spas in Asia, my daughters did not appreciate that the spa services here were only for adults. In our corner room the wifi signal was not strong so to be able to get wifi we had to stand out in the hallway or the lobby. Wish parking had been free for hotel guests.
Great view. Modern posh hotel
Parking and breakfast per person were 20 Euros
SPA facility very good!
location, service, view size of room
breakfast buffet at 20 euros
The hotel was beautiful with good size rooms. There was a bar and restaurant on site. It was almost 2 hours by boat to get to Bellagio, but the day pass is the way to go, there is a Ferry stop in front of the hotel. We has pizza on the shore in front of the hotel. That was very good and their mixed drinks were great.
Breakfast was 20 euros! Not worth it - there is a place next door with great coffee, tea and sweets or toast. Spa was average prices, but also 20 euros for usage charge.
Moltrasio a bit too quiet felt like after 7pm you were stuck at the hotel
ALL other aspects of our 3 day stay, were first class, reception especially!! Will be back this time with prior knowledge. thank you to all!!!
Room over Bar noisy Taxi cost to Bergamo Aiport ridicules!!! to do with restricted practices!!! Quality of Food in hotel average,
We had a lake view superior room on the corner of the 1st floor. It had with a huge terrace and spectacular panoramic views and a king size bed with views over the terrace and through French doors to another balcony. Beautiful pool area by the lake and lush green gardens.
Not much available in the town for dining so hotel is about it.
Massive room. Newly renovated, great design. Very comfortable and a great view of the lake.
Not sure if it was a language barrier but the front desk staff just weren't very friendly, apart from the 1 guy who checked is in, who did try more than the others.
The gardens and views over the lake. Also the food was excellent.
Service was impecible and best hotel in the area
Age of infrastruction made the rooms a little noisy
I liked most the tranquil environment.
you have to connect internet everytime you enter the room.
Beautiful pool facing the sea, convenience of ferry location, excellent restaurant !
The location is beautiful and the boat stop just outside the hotel, nice couple of bars and resteraunt nearby, so in terms of location overall excellent. the hotel is smart in an old worlde charm way and the breakfast wonderful especially if you get to sit in the garden and it is included in your room rate, if not at 20 Euros each it's expensive.
The day we arrived there was a big wedding so to be fair I think the staff were a bit overwhelmed. However, the hotel should be "geared" up to accomadate and to accomadate the wedding we couldn't get a booking I dyne gourmet resteraunt until 9, it took until 9.30 for someone to take our food order, no problem as the setting is beautiful and we thought we had plenty of time! Not so when at 10.10 I ordered the cheese platter before desert I wa told the kitchen was closed, again the hotel management should have thought ahead and extended the kitchen opening times, or we should have been warned that our gourmet dinner would have to be eaten very, very fast. Overall quite a few of the staff has a laisse faire attitude, but the lady at the pool bar stood out for being singularly unhelpful - all disappointing perhaps the hotel feels the stunning location makes up for all of this - we didn't!
