I loved the beautiful location, my lake view room in the villa, and whole experience of staying in this fantastic part of Lake Como over Christmas. The main hotel is closed during the winter, but the villa remains open and it's classic ambience is very charming. It would have been marvellous to have the small bar in the Villa open for drinks and snacks for some hours during the day and evening. It is only open for breakfast (which is excellent) during the winter. |

The location at the Lago Di Como is very good, though very touristic. Close to the water and to the little ferry. The shower was a very very old one, fixed to the wall. Very small room. Noisy, even in low season. We wanted to have dinner in their beautiful restaurant, but it was not open, although we had told them when making the reservation. |

Location is great. Nice view. The staff at the breakfast area is like robot contradict with the atmosphere in hotel breakfast area which is very nice. |

Incredible scenery ! Very convenient to ferry port. Spacious lake view room. Rich breakfast. After each electric cut out, AC goes back in even if you turned it off earlier which had us keep waking up to turn it off again... |

Very courteous staff, wonderful setting for morning breakfast in the garden and a wonderful buffet. Views of the Lake are ok but hotel does not sit directly on Lake Como, just the pool does. |

After being moved to a room where the air conditioning worked we were happy with our lakeside stay. Lakeside restaurant good. Our first room was in the rear of the hotel although we still had a lake view. The air conditionig did not work so we were moved across the road to the " villa " where we had a lovely old fashioned room right on the lake.The rooms at the rear are inferior to those across the road and are overpriced. If we book again we will definitely stipulate a room in the villa. |

Average hilton /marriott style hotel.Not a grand luxury hotel but ok.Room and lobby looked like typical american city b grade business facility.Location was very good.Staff were avarage. Some of the staff wre poorly trained and indiferent. |

The swimming pool near by the lake was just fantastic, and the breakfast in the garden was nice. The reception staff was rude and useless. It was 35 degrees the day we arrived, the air conditioning was broken in our bedroom, but they waited untill 1.00 am to finally change us of room after we complained for 2 hours. |

The on-site restaurant and bar were fantastic, as well as the service from that staff. I would like to see more restaurants within walking distance, but that is obviously nothing the hotel can do anything about. |

Fabulous room, appointments and view! I just didn't want to leave the balcony! Helpful staff, convenient location and off season rates were great. Beautiful grounds. During the low season restaurant not open or any near by. |

they offer us one of their best rooms with great view to the lake, we really enjoyed the room, they offered us access to close parcing area without extra fee, they gave us information on the area december is low season in the area so the service was not at 100% of the real capabilities, but this is rather normal, after March I think the service will be excelent. finally in my opinion internet access should be free or with a minimum fee |

Attention :bel hotel qui est constitué de 2 batiments, le premier est une demeure bourgeoise superbe avec piscine et restaurant donnant sur le lac avec 10 chambres maxi sans route à traverser et l'autre batiment est un grand ensemble sans charme sans piscine et sans accés direct au lac (route à traverser).nb : nous n'avons pas été facturé du parking 15 euros ni de la présence de notre fille de 5 ans dans la chambre + 50 euros (merci la basse saison je pense). Nous avons été surclassé car basse saison donc nous avons une suite superbe avec terrasse donnant sur la piscine et le lac (à 25 mètres) de 300 euros environ pour le prix d'une chambre à 130 euros. Superbe vue sur le lac et la montagne.L'hotel touche l'arret des vaporetos qui sont des bateaux publics qui sillonnent le lac de ville en ville.Le restaurant est haut de gamme (excellentes pates aux champignons faites maison à 12 euros).Le petit dejeuner est moyen et il est servi dans le petit sous sol de l'hotel donc aucun intérêt, optez plutot pour le service en chambre ! Potin de stars : la ville de Moltrasio est située à côté de la ville de Laglio ou se situe la maison de Georges Clooney (fréquente d'ailleurs en septembre le restaurant)... |

Le sourire du personnel, bien sûr le site de la villa au bord de l'eau, les grands espaces devant la réception et les salles du rez-de-chaussée, la taille des chambres. Le restaurant de l'hôtel fait une mauvaise cuisine, la télévision ne marche pas, mauvaise disposition des lumières dans la chambre, une lampe ne peut être éteinte qu'en dévissant l'ampoule. Qualité médiocre du contenu du bar donc le réfrigérateur fait un bruit insupportable. Petit déjeuner très moyen: Nescafé et fruits de conserves. Prix exorbitants. |
