We loved the way the hotel staff spoiled us every step of the way. They could not do enough for us and we appreciated their attendance very much. And, of course, we loved the "garden of Eden" that sorrounds the hotel. Our stay at the La Medusa was one of the best. |

The staff was very helpful, the setting beautiful with orange and lemon trees in the garden (freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast). We had a glorious view of the vulcano Vesuvio and the whole bay of Naples. |

The manager Francesco was extremely obliging and the rooms were exquisite. the distance from the station but they offered a courtesy car at times. |

Reception staff about the most friendly & helpful of any in a hotel I have ever used - brilliant! Hotel setting lovely, rooms and hotel excellent. An oasis on the outskirts of a plain an rather 'unexciting' town. Whilst accepting my visit was off season (Feb) it was disappointing there was no restaurant service for dinner in the hotel. Surrounding restaurants rather average. |

We spent there only one night, but the hotel with its beautiful garden was just great, even in February. Friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed etc... The town of Castellammare di Stabia is not very nice, so you have to drive to Amalfi coast to get decent views. Anyway, Grand Hotel La Medusa was perfect for us, an island. |

The staff was very helpful in giving us tips about restaurants and places to go. Parking possible at the hotel. Yummy breakfast with fresh pastries and fresh juice. We visited in winter, but I can imagine in summer their beautiful garden with pool is like a little paradise :) |

Whilst a 5* Hotel, the staff where very friendly, not the alloof stufiness you sometimes get in high quality hotels, which made us very comfortable staying there with the The hotel is muchg further from the town centre than we thought, with a long steep walk down unlit road without a path. A car or taxi is required for every outing. |

Very classy hotel with immaculate landscaping and gardens. Wonderful restaurant with great wine and food and friendly staff. A little diffucult to find. |

L' albergo si trova in una buona posizione per poter visitare la città e le zone vicine. La camera era comoda spaziosa con ampio terrazzo e soprattutto sempre molto pulita. L' albergo inoltre dispone di un ampio giardino dove potersi rilassare, oltre che alla piscina. Il personale è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ad ogni ora! |

Alles. Nur noch so viel: Das Hotel und der das Hotel mit aller Sorgfalt gepflegte umgebende Garten oder Park mit hunderten von Apfelsinen- und Zitonenbäumen, Palmen etc., mit gekonnter und schöner Möbilierung ist schon eine Reise dort hin wert. Hinzu kommt die umwerfende Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Diese Schwämerei kommt nicht von ungefähr! |

Très bel hôtel. Magnifique jardin. Chambre grande et confortable. Tout est parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel particulièrement aimable. Le restaurant est bon. Bien situé pour se rendre en voiture sur les sites historiques ou aller à Capri. Il n'est pas en bord de mer mais on peut la voir de la terrasse..Un peu isolé, il faut une voiture pour aller en ville. |
