Staff were extremely helpful, hotel is very comfortable with magnificent view of Naples Bay.

Not much in the immediate vicinity, need a car.

We had a very comfortable room with an excellent view over the hotel garden to the sea and Vesuvius. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the garden and pool were beautiful.

The hotel was well away from the centre of town which made it inconvenient to eat elsewhere in the evenings which was a little expensive. Cheesy music was played throughout the day in the garden area which became a little tiresome.

From the moment we checked in we were made to feel welcome. The fresh flowers throughout hotel were beautiful and the lemon/orange grove was so relaxing. The manager had a very personal approach. Excellent, highly recommend it.

Faultless hotel with wonderful staff. An oasis in a deary suburb halfway between Sorrento and Naples. Stick to the wonderful hotel grounds and you can forget the slightly depressing journey to get there.

Liked everything about this hotel as excellent staff, very clean hotel, lovely food, great location for us as we wanted a hotel out of main tourist areas but easy access for sightseeing when we wanted to. Went to see Pompeii, amalfi coast, positano, sorrento, herkulanium etc, had great time here. Manager Francesco who personally greeted us runs a great beautiful hotel with very good staff. This hotel should be 5 star

I am traveling with a friend, we are neither a young nor a mature couple. Don't you have a category for friend? The hotel was maybe the best I've ever stayed at.

I don't like the first question on these reviews. I either travel by myself or with a friend. Perhaps this is why you have such trouble reserving hotels with twin beds.

Highly recommendable. Excellent food, and I mean it. Friendly and courteous atmosphere. Access to major cities in viccinity. Good communications in English and Spanish...

We loved the hotel and its grounds/environment, the hotel was exceptionally clean and well run. The service was wonderful and efficient. The shuttle bus was a great idea, as the hotel is quite a way from local town centre, guests could be isolated without this and if without a car. The staff went out of their way to provide us with local inofrmation so that we could explore the area, and they were so helpful and pleasant. The associated taxi drivers we used from the hotel were courteous and safe drivers Overall, we had a lovely experience at the Hotel, thank you.

The food was gourmet style at all times in the evening, which was in keeping with the standards of the hotel, but now and again, we would have also liked to be offered a more subtle choice and availibility of general foods as it became a little too rich throughout the week. Perhaps a complimentary supply of water/drinks in the room on arrival would have been nice?

Need a taxi or shuttle to get into town. Limited dining options at the hotel.

The garden, the view from our room and from the restaurant on the 4th floor, the breakfast buffet with lots of sweets and fresh orange juice. In the middle of many tourist highlights.

Dinner was good, but too expensive. Room was wel equipped, but a bit small. Castellammare atmosphere is somew hatgloomy.

We recieved the warmest welcome we had ever experienced throughout our travels. The staff from the Manager down were friendly and accommodating. The Hotel itself is a beautiful oasis that is a pleasure to wander around and explore both inside and out. The gardens are quite magical and the views from the forth floor make it the perfect place to sit and relax. The cleanliness of our room and the Hotel itself were second to none.

We have been travelling for 3.5 months in Europe and in terms of atmosphere and staff service this has been one of the best experiences. The hotel decor and outside gardens are stunning. Suffice it to say that it is used as wedding location. We wanted to be close to Pompeii, Amalfi, Capri and Napoli without the hussle typical of this part of the world as we wanted to relax part of the day and this hotel was perfect for that. We were also amazed at the friendliness and efficiency of staff. Wherever you go, breakfast, front desk, bar you will always feel welcomed and the staff may even speak your language. Antonio, one of the waiters/maitre d, as an example can converse in 6 languages (Italian, English, German, Spanish, French and a bit of Portuguese). The manager Francesco welcomed us as we were a regular guest and every time he saw us he made a point to speak with us and ask how we were enjoying the area and if there was anything he could help. Maria, one of the waitresses addressed us by our names every morning and after we asked for something once she remembered what we liked and we would not need to ask again. Silvano one of the porters made a point of knowing what we were doing every day and gave us suggestions to improve our experiences. We also stayed in one evening and had dinner in hotel which we enjoyed a lot as fod quality and preparation is excellent.

The Internet connection speec and stability should be improved to match all the other aspects that are top notch in this hotel.

The only downfall (and I think we were unlucky) was that our room was directly above their venue facilities for weddings and on one night of our trip, out of 7, we were kept up until quite late. Other than that almost everything was perfect.

Excellent attentive staff who fulfilled any request and made us feel special. Lovely outdoor setting for breakfast.

Pool too cold for use. Room had very small bathroom for 5 of us.

We can not speak highly enough of our stay. The staff, from the manager down do everything they can to make you feel welcome and ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. It is genuine warmth and hospitality from all staff. Even on a simply free transfer to the railway station we were given a mini tour of the city of Stabia. Very good food and service in the restaurant. Extremely good breakfast. Well done all.

Staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble. Hotel was opulent, rooms and surrounding gardens stunning.

Not on a direct bus route, however the hotel put on a taxi service to get you into town and back, no trouble at all.

This was one of the most friendly hotels my husband & I have every had the pleasure to stay in. We have no problem In saying stay @ this hotel if you have the chance.
