The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, serving reasonable food that arrived hot and well presented. A 'welcome' is the first thing you expect at this type of hotel. Bedroom was not cleaned during the stay. Sky TV was not working and nobody arrived to rectify this. |

Shuttle bus service inconvenient times and did not arrive one evening. no apology from the staff. Cleaners serviced our room despite 'do not disturb' sign on door. Balcony smelt of sewage. Pool was emptied during our stay. |

Everything! The room was clean and very attractive. The staff was helpful, delightful, very pleasant and went out of their way to assist us. The lobby, lounge and grounds are lovely. The shuttle bus to Sorrento was an added bonus. |

The room was nice. The public areas were very stylish and the staff were very friendly There was no room service menu. We were told that we should phone the kitchen after 7pm and tell them what we wanted. Not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The hotel is also not in sorrento and not within walking distance of restaurants. |

Satellite tv, hotel appearance, staff, pool. Very noisey hotel, rooms are not well insulated. Room decor outdated and not in keeping with hotel loby etc. Transfer bus service to Sorennto, inconvienent times and not often eneough as the walk is approx 40 mins. Hotel restaurant menu was limitited and overpriced. |

I liked the relaxed atmosphere, the friendly staff and the range of facilities offered. The hotel bus is a major plus. The evening meal, though adequate, was slightly disappointing. |

The hotel was perfect for me as I had work to do at Pompeii and Naples and the hotel was handy for the train. It was also very peaceful in the evenings. The shuttle bus has been much maligned but as we are a 'mature' couple we found the timings acceptable and the facility was appreciated. Breakfast was good, as long as you waited for the hordes in the bus parties to pass through first! The staff, particularly in the dining room were terse, if not occasionally verging on rude. There were a ridiculous number of petty rules. We decided the hotel was run for the staff as opposed to the guests. The swimming pool was very small for a hotel of that size and the bathrooms are in urgent need of updating - the shower in our room was not good, I only used it once and then took baths. |

Sea view room had a terrific view, pool facilities were excellent and walking distance to the restaurant strip of Sant Agnello which is much underrated. The walk to Sorrento was unpleasant due to the narrow walkways and the shuttle bus service was a little too infrequent. |

On the last night we had ants in the room. Which was a shame as we had a lovely break and it had been clean up to this point. |

The reception area was nice Very disappointed with this hotel's location. It is at least a 40 minute walk to Sorrento centre through very busy streets. The rooms were definately not 5 star standard. Showers ran hot and cold and were very tempremental. They also leaked all over the floor. The hotel bar looked lovely but was closed during our entire stay in July so you had to use the pool bar which only served drinks in plastic glasses. Poor breakfast and staff could have been more helpful. Would not recommend this hotel if you are looking forward to a bit of luxury. |

I thought Veronica the hotel receptionist was a wonderful person and very helpful, the pool was lovely and the pool loungers very comfortable. Towels a great idea. I wish we could have had the choice to pay for our food and drinks and not have had to charge them to the room. |

The hotel was very modern and spotless. The decor was outstanding. Reception staff were very courteous and professional...but not very engaging. We arrived at the hotel after 10pm and requested some food following our long trip but were very disappointed that there was no facility to provide us with food at that time. Staff at the pool bar were quite rude and unhelpful and we felt unwelcome. |

Maid service in room was very good with excellent supply of fresh towels and soap etc. Poor and dangerous swimming pool. Disorganised at breakfast. Not enough umbrellas at poolside. Poorly stocked fridge in room with no chocolate or snacks. Gym equipment needs serviced. Shuttle bus to Sorrento runs too infrequently. |
