Schöne Lage

Unfreundliches Personal, winzige Zimmer, schlechtes Frühstück; uns wurde versucht 10€ für das W-Lan in Rechnung zu stellen, obwohl es in der Hotelbeschreibung als kostenlos angeboten wurde. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen hatten war der Müll nicht ausgeleert!

The staff at the front desk was very helpful, courteous and friendly.

They have a problem providing the service of the wi fi and the staff is not cooperated as they just look for the thiing as they will provide you the user name and pass word and that is it....also if I am staying in their for a certin period I don't have to renew from the receiption the user name and pass word in a daily bases and how do I know if I start having problem and then checked with them and they said it is only covering one day.... How is the customer will know if there is someone told you.

Very dirty carpets in the room, absolutly uncomfortable carriage for baby at the entrance to hotel, few toiletries for hotel 4*

Comfortable bed, air conditioning, very quiet, clean.

The wireless internet was weak in the room, and really only worked well in the foyer. Hotel location was a little bit far from the centre of Florence.

Centraly located hotel on Arno river and at the same time very convenient for car travelers. Comfort rooms with air-conditioning (you'll need it when outride temperature is 35 degree Celsius).

The breakfast, although well organized, suffers from insufficient variety. If you want a good coffee, better pay some extra charge at the American bar at the hotel lobby.

Helpful and efficent staff

As parking in the city centre is very difficult, we chose this hotel because it was the nearest 4-star hotel to the centre which provided parking ability. The price was fair, though we went there off-season. The room was clean and the hotel has a good location to discover the city centre for people who go to Florence by car.

The breakfast was not too varied, we expected more from such a hotel. Also, the room was a bit small, but to tell the truth, it was not a big problem as we just went there to sleep.

Pleasant staff, close proximity to the historical center of Florence, convinient parking. I especially liked the late check out from the parking.

Noise from large visitor groups

Breakfast was terrible. Bad food like bread was hard, the bacon was thick and full of hard pieces. The coffee was terrible( specially in Italy) no plates or bowls for cereal. The service was rude, trying to get everyone out at 9:55, even if breakfast times where advertised at 07:00 to 10:00

Hotel excelente, confortable. En el autobus 14 en 5 minutos en el centro, caminando en 20 minutos en centro (puente viejo)
