We found the hotel to be very comfortable; the staff professional and courteous; and the design very attractive. The location was good, but a little out of the way. |

It was clean Rooms and bathroom are extremely small. One night is fine but I wouldn't like to have to stay there for a week. There is no where to put your clothes |

Fantastic location for walk to the main sights of Florence. Excellent car parking facilities. Very nice hotel - excellent value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Free car parking on site would have been good, however any parking in Florence is a bonus. |

Nice rooms, pretty clean, even though you get the feeling that it is an older hotel. A very nice hotel for those who want to spent a couple of days in Florence. It is in a walking disatance from the city center (piazza duomo). I enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast, even though there were plenty quantities, it was the basic. I think there should be more kinds of food foer the breakfast. In general it was adequate though. |

Nice location, 15 mins walk by the river to city center. Ok breakfast buffet. Good value for money This is not a 4 star hotel and I really hope that the room I was given was not superior as booked, because then I would hate to see the classic rooms. Ok value for the money tho as it is a cheap place in comparison to other hotels in the area. Wants to be so much more than it is |

Nice plot at the Arno River - in walking distance to central Florence. Lot of public parking right outside the hoteldoor, so absolutely no parking problems as often mentioned in Florence Do as italian bars and restaurants are famous to: make good coffee instead of that premade coffee warmed up by candlelights. Simply undrinkable! |

Hotel is positioned at the banks of Arno, near the city center. It'll take you less than 10 minutes on foot to get to the very heart of the city. There are also parking spaces for extra payment. Our room was clean and quiet. It's a good choice for the price, though breakfast could be better. |

Location is good, 15 min walking distance from Dome, nice walking along Arno river, spacious room Poor, lousy breakfast (milk in powder, eggs in powder, never found in hotel 4 stars) , little bit too noisy because the big groups of tourist come constantly |

Position - 15min from city center, local bus station in the front of the hotel; good little restaurants around hotel for lunch or dinner. Breakfast - excellent, multiply choices (from fresh fruits, croissants to ham and eggs). Room (superior triple) - clean and comfort. We have booked classic double room and contact hotel before arrival regarding extra bed and fee for our child. Answer was that we can have either extra bed or baby cot at no charge; so I requested extra bed. On the arrival there was no extra bed in the room so I made a complain on the front desk and after 10-15min waiting I get the answer: "Sorry madam, but we can not put extra bed in your room" (and that was because room was just to small to put another bed in). After I insist they gave us superior triple room. It would be much nicer that they do it without waiting and insisting. Hotel staff (front desk) is quite disinterested and tired from work. |

The reception-staff , and chamber-maids are very, very helpfull, and reception hall is very impressive. Arriving by car is easy job. Existing garage and park-places in front of the hotel means a lot. The location is little bit outside of the main turistic venues. The room and bathromm are somewhat small. The breakfest is rich on variety, but of rather poor quality. Scrambled eggs got curious taste, and I have eaten in Italy much better ham and mortadella. The interent connection should be nowdays free of charge. |

It was close to Florence main attractions and within easy walking distance. The restaurant next door was sensational. One of the best in Italy. The staff were not there for customer service not sure why they were there. We heard several customers arguing with staff on several occasions over the tow days we were there. The carpets are in need of a good clean and replacement. The staff seemed annoyed if you asked for anything, like you were an inconvenience to them. |

Friendly and informative staff. Very nice view across the Arno River (not for all rooms). Easy access to City Centre by frequent buses. Reasonably priced dinner menu, with a good wine list. Groups of tour party clients cluttering up the steps into the hotel, making it look like a doss house and allowing some guests in the dining area to dress inappropriately. |

Just 200 metres from Santa Maria Novella Railway Station, Hotel Londra features free Wi-Fi, friendly staff, and clean, spacious and elegantly furnished rooms in the centre of Florence. |
The Executive Hotel is situated in Florence historical centre, close to the river Arno in an antique 18th century noble residence, completely restored. |
The Hotel Balestri offers 51 rooms in the heart of Florence, on the right bank of the Arno River, few steps from Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge), Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery. |
The address says it all! Overlooking the beautiful church of Santa Maria Novella, Rosso23 is a modern hotel in an ancient building, set right in the heart of Florence. |
