My room and view were awesome. The staff was friendly and have already recommended to my family and friends.

The elevators are small and slow.

Nice position. Nice location. Good restaurant next door.

Lifts too small. Plastic cups in room and for juice at breakfast. No kettle. No iron. Rooms very hot. Check in process way too long. Would have liked more fruit options for breakfast.

Breakfast and on line offer

Bathroom seems to be designed for disable people. Shower doors did not hold any water. Water was all over the floor including corridor. There is not changing table for babies in the lobby toilets.

Very basic hotel with upsetting breakfast (its 4 starts!) and wifi quality. 30 min by feet to main attractions.

Just the front desk staff that help to change rooms request; after I was surprised with the conditions of the beds from their Classic Quadruple Room.

Do not book their Classic Quadruple Room; unless you want to experience sleep in bunk bed in a 4-stars hotel. I was pretty angry to see the spring loading metal frame pull down beds. Buffet breakfast and dinner were really below par. This hotel is crowded with tourists or tour groups. Overall our experiences there were bad, will not recommend them.

The incredibly friendly and helpful staff made our stay most enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was good. The location was good if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the center (15-20 minutes). There is a bus service but we enjoyed walking- either along the river or along the side streets.

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi environment was extremely poor.

need more English speaking channels The hotel really caters to tour groups, so the breakfasts are just filled with lines and they can hardly keep up with the crowds. Would not stay there as a nongroup. Too far away from the center of the city, a bus stop is 2 blocks up and does not run that often #14.

The bathroom. It was almost as big as the bedroom!!!

No wine glasses or any glasses. Plastic cups don't make the grade!! Front desk staff were rather abrupt!!

Easy for car parking except Saturday night. Near to Firenze old area.

Great location and good parking facilities. Our quadruple room was spaciuos and the decor was nice. I would recomend it to friends and family visiting Florence

On a negative the Outside Bristo restaurant recomended by the hotel was disappointing. Not good value for money. Decor OK but food is nothing special and prices are high. Much better restaurants can be found.

Affordable and clean.

Our toilet seat was broken and the selection of restaurants around was few although we enjoyed the small taverna behind the hotel.

All that you would expect of a 4 star hotel. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast choices were extensive and tasty - except for the coffee. The shower was one of the best we've experienced in Italy so far. The 20 min walk to the old city along the banks of the river Arno was a pleasant experience.

The coffee at breakfast was almost undrinkable. Our room overlooked a busy thoroughfare which was noisy, until we discovered the metal shutter on the outside of the window.

Free internet, great breakfast, helpful staff. Comfortable nice sized rooms with doubled glazed openable windows. Clean. Good walking distance along river to main tourist areas. Good value for money.

Personnel was the hotel's greatest asset.

Food in the restaurant for the dinner buffet was cold and there was no attempt to do anything about it and it was poorly prepared. Breakfast was a bit better, but the coffee pot broke down each day and pots of coffee were brought out each day and there was coffee slopped on the floor. The parking cost was excessive I thought.

Included breakfast was good. Liked the shower.

Room was very small, could hear people talking in next room. I would suggest that the hotel give out notices to new arrivals that the doors have a very strong spring on them and if let go, will slam shaking the room next door, so please hold onto the door and close it slowly!!!!

Staff in breakfast room was very rude not smilling not welcoming.
